Demolition of PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc. 10cm in width and setting in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm dia unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10Kg/cm2 laid in trenches for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of block masonry wall surfaces in CM 1:4, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any discription and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete drain cover slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) articles as in cover slab and similar articles etc , set in CM 1:4 with plain faces including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to required shape including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips completed all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing RCC cover slab of any size laid over drain and re-fixing the same in position and set in cm (1:4) complete all as specified amd as directed.

Desilting of open drains n.exc 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including removing the soil of distance exceeding 1.5Km but not exceeding 5KM complete all as specified and as directed.
