Taking down centrifugal pump set from existing position for carrying out repair works and re-assembling, re-installing the pump set in original position for pump capacity 125/100 HP. Note: Spare parts, winding wire required for renewal shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling and opening the motor from pump set in existing position for carrying out rewinding work with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge as per existing and heat varnishing complete with all other material required for rewinding by carrying the motor to outside the cantonement area, reassambling and refixing the same with pump in original position for the 125/100 HP 3 phase, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of all electric water connections lifting of submersible pump and motor including column pipe with the help of chain pulley block for pump capacity 15 HP, opening of pump and motor, cleaning, servicing and replacement of spare parts where directed.

Material and labour for rewinding work for 3 phase submersible motor of capacity 15 HP with new PVC insulatedd super enammel copper wire of suitable gauge as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of tube well in accordance with IS: 2800 (Part I) and IS:11189 with compressed air method (open well method), to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissble limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for taking out unserviceable base plate after dismantling the pump and motor, suction and delivery line and supply and fixing new base plate of approximate size 1.90x0.90 metre made of MS channel of size 150mm as per existing size and shape by welding suitable for pump motor assembly to be grouted by nuts and bolts of size 5/8 inches dia 8 inches long with and including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as required in site. Note: nuts and bolts, PCC work are inclusive in the quoted rates.

M & L for spray painting to exposed surfaces of centrifugal pumping set of any capacity and size with two coats of synthetic enamel anti corrosive and dust free paint, (as per existing colour) over a coat of red oxide primer, including preparation of old painted surface by scraping or complete removal of old paint, filling cavities with filler and writing MES/SM No. over painted, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair for nuts and bolts of suitable sizes for fixing in different parts of pump and motor, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F water proof armoured multistranded copper cable 50 Sqmm, 3 core, 3 phase, 440 volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F fully automatic Star Delta Starter suitable in sheet-steel enclosure with IP 54 protection (Motor Rating AC-3 Duty, 415v, 50 Hz, 3 Ph) for 125/100 HP or its equivalent Make centrifugal pump set max relay setting 66-100 Amps, coil voltage 380 volts conforming to IS/IEC 60947-1 and IEC 60947-4-1 including all accessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S & F fully automatic Star Delta Starter suitable in sheet-steel enclosure (Motor Rating AC-3 Duty, 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Ph) for 40/30 HP or its equivalent make centrifugal pump set max relay setting 28-42 Amps, coil voltage 380 volts ncluding all accessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Model ML6 FASD of Make L&T Cat part No. SS94364 or its equivalent Make.

S & F for DOL starter suitable for 5/2/1.5/1 HP motor set 3 phase 415 Volt complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells/HPL/Universal or its equivalent.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/platform of pump set/pump panel and other works at different pump houses after demolition of existing PCC, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F double flanged single door type swing check reflux (non-return) with by pass arrangement valve in repair conforming to IS-5312 of size 150 mm including supply and fixing suitable size of nut bolts washer and gasket etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
