Estimated Total Amount

One percent of the Estimated cost of work put to tender shall be recovered from the running bills of the contractor as testing charges, after deducting the

cost of material proposed in scheduled-A at basic rate. One percent labour cess will be deducted from contractor’s bill.

NOTE : The price filled by the contractor will be consider for one month inclusive GST and all other taxes.

The contractor is solely responsible to bare all applicable taxes. I.e. GST etc. and department will not entertain any contractor representation to reimburse any

financial burden due to applicable taxes : i.e. GST etc.
