Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) as per Technical Specification Clause 505 as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge with in all leads lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulation distributer at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg (zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram) per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 25 mm (Twenty five millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix producting an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, trasporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH specification clause 509 complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge with in all leads lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm (two point five millimetre) thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge with in all leads lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals.
