Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 9mm to 10 mm thick light shade square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sq. m each complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50micron) work for doors, windows, louver type ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed Note :- S& F of 4mm thick glass & SS wire mesh payment will be made seprately)

Supply & fixing approved colour powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, powder coated aluminium handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified

S & F 12 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations , fixed with screws to timber frame work

S&F in 5.5mm thick Sheet glass, selected quality and glazing with oil putty in squares exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane fixed in door / window shutter cut to required size and fixed with neoprane gasket, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
