Providing and laying of Empty Cement Bags (Gunny Bags) filled with local sand and tightened using sutli and carriage upto site including preparing subgrade before placing in position, also including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of black polythene sheet of approved quality for stopping leakage through RBM filled empty cement bags used for making Bundha as required and directed by Engineer-in-charge, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and surface water due to rain etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of all machine operator, khalashi, POL, T&P, accessories required for proper completion of the work.

Slip clearance (by manual means) of loose earth and other small loose materials including disposal complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 50mm average thickness including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres By Manual Means Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 .including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cutting of MS Sheet by Gas Cutter Machine with all equipement (oxygen cylinder, LPG cylinder etc.) including cost of all labour T&P etc. as per direction of eng-in-charge, required for proper completion of the work.

Surface Preparation remove Algae Fungi and hydro jetting as per standard Operating Procedure provided by the manufecturer (as per technical Specification) including cost of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and application of concrete bonding agent as per standard Operating Procedure (As per technical specifications) provided by the manufacturer including cost of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and application of U V resistant, High Strength, Anti-Shrink, Abrasion Resistant Cementations Materials Mortar conforming to EN-1504-3, class R4(2014) using as per standard Operating Procedure provided by the manufacturer (as per technical Specification)including cost of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply, mixing and application of Seal Coat using U V resistant Materials as per standard Operating Procedure provided by the manufecturer (as per technical Specification) including cost of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design Reinforce Fiber Concrete M-60 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement also including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work

Cleaning of exposed concrete /steel surface of sticking material including loose and foreign material by sand blasting with coarse sand followed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast as per direction of Engineer in charge including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1

Sealing of cracks/porous concrete by injection process through nipples/Grouting complete as per Technical specification.Cement Grout including cost of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Hire charges of welding machine with single phase with welder, helper and electrodes for repair and welding of gates, door, window etc. for eight hrs. in a day including cost of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 including cost of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing San (Tree fibre) for gate sealing in dry condition free from any foreign material like dust, wooden pieces etc including cost of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying of Jute Bori (size 26"x 44" approx.) for stopping the leakage of Barrage gates, apply as per directed by Engineer-in-charge, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Engaging & operation of one no. Pokeland machine having capacity 200/210 (L&T, Tata Hitachi etc.) with one operator including cost of fuel, lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip/landslide/excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of I/C. Payment for engaging excavator cum loader shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If machine is trapped in slip / earth, contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul the machine, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and also machine shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor.

Providing and Laying of Galvanised steel wire crates of mesh size 150 mm x 150 mm woven with 8 gauge bwg GI wire in rolls of required size of size 3mX1.5mX1.5m including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions (Zinc coated), of size 3mx1mx1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, haiving mesh opening 100mm x 120mm, mesh wire diameter 3mm for gabions, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.9 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2 mm including supply of all materials, and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Engaging & operation of one no. wheel type excavator cum loader machine (preferably JCB/L&T/ BEML etc) having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper or skid steer loader Bob cut (height not more than 2.0 m) having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper including cost of fuel lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide/ excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of I/C. Payment for engaging excavator cum loader shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If machine is trapped in slip / earth, contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul the machine, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and also machine shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor.

Engaging & operation of one tractor along with one driver and one helper & trolley having hydraulic jack arrangement. Including cost of fuel lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide/ excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of I/C. Capacity of tractor must be not less than 45 BHP, and loading capacity of trolley must not be less than 2.25 cum. Payment for engaging Tractor with trolley shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If tractor is trapped in slip / earth, contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul it, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and also tractor shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor.

Supply unskilled labour with T&P for full day as per requirement for attending miscellaneous works as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of the work.

Attending minor type of repair for full day by engaging and supplying one suitable and experienced skilled Labour for attending of related work, defects as per direction of the Engineer in Charge for proper completion of the work .

Removal of sand/RBM filled EC bags used for making bundha after completion of the work and its proper disposal including all labour material T&P etc as per direction of E/I required for proper completion of work.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Engaging & operation of one no. wheel type Tipper capacity of 05.50 cum/10tonne with one operator and one helper including cost of fuel lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for loading & unloding of excavated maaterial dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of E/C. Payment for engaging wheel type Tipper 05.50 cum with one operator and one helper shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If machine is trapped in slip / earth, contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul the machine, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and also machine shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor.
