Hiring of services for housekeeping, cleaning, sweeping and mopping water supply and valve operation at 132KV S/s Colony katni

Sweeping and cleaning of common areas such as floors, staircases, corridors, and passages. •Cleaning of internal roads, footpaths, parking areas, and open spaces. •Cleaning around residential buildings up to 5 meters, excluding areas under occupants' possession. •Regular cleaning of open and covered drains and sewer lines (twice annually or as directed). •Collection, transportation, and disposal of garbage, silt, and waste outside the premises at an approved location. •Providing all required labour, tools, equipment, cleaning materials, water, transportation, and all leads and lifts. •Maintaining cleanliness of the premises and carrying out any other housekeeping work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall operate and maintain the water supply system at the residential quarters at 132 kV Substation, Katni, including: •Operating the tube well and supplying water twice times daily (morning, and evening) for approximately one hour each, or as required by the Engineer-in-Charge. •Operating valves, pumps, and allied equipment for smooth and uninterrupted water distribution. •Carrying out routine operational checks and minor maintenance of the water supply system. •Reporting any defects or leakages promptly and ensuring continuous operation of the system. •Executing all work as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge and following applicable safety norms.
