Contract Details

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks locaaly available built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of old brick work built in cement mortar complete.

Taking down of cement or cement lime plaster/skirting/ dado of any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) n exc 1.50 Sqm each incl removing to store.complete all as directed.

M&L applying 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces of walls finished even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces, washing, rubbing down and applying Two coat of premium acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of premium acrylic emulsion paint over a suitable exterior primer on external wall complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubish off the premises.

M&L for chequred cement concrete tiles 20cmX20cmX25mm thick set with grey and pigmentand pointed in cement slurry with pigment including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finish in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid to slope of 1 in 12 and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including roughing of old concrete by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block (Glossy Finish) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning and 50mm thick PCC type C-2 1:3:6 as in base course complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in hardstanding and path including demolition of old pcc in ground floor and pavings complete all as specided and as directed.

S & F mild steel frame works such as grills, gratings, Ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or reveted, or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, framed balusters, railing and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of New steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of Aluminium paint over Aluminium Red oxidecomplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of Aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, aluminium flats & aluminium grill inc all fitting assecory required as per site condition, with one or more rebates includng joining cleats for fixing etc . Complete all as specifed and directed by engg-in -charge.

M&L for aluminium door shutter, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screw etc. complete all as specifed and directed by engg-in-charge.

Hacking out old broken glass any size thickness from steel frame including removing MS cleats punching or drilling out old glazing pins/springs etc all as specified.

S&F 4.8 mm thick sheet glass fixed on aluminium door/frame/windows in square exc 0.50 sqm each pane by any means inc change of bedding if requried complete all as specified and directed by engg-in-charge
