M&L for in replacement sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, mutistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm drawn in and including rigid PVC rigid conduit medium grade of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia with its accessories, concealed type, including one run of single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm as earth continuity and cutting chases to wall as per standard engineering practice & making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified & directed.Notes:- Finished sub main wiring with two runs of 4.0 sqmm cable & one run of 2.5 sqmm cable alongwith PVC conduit including its accessories shall be measured and paid one unit length.

Taking down serviceable Exhaust fan any size capacity and refixing same location with Hole fastener Nut & Bolts after complete work of building complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down serviceable Electric storage water geyser 25 Ltrs capacity and refixing same location with PVC connection pipe 15 mm dia heavy duty approx length 450/600mm long -02 Nos, Hole fastener Nut & Bolts made of iron approx length 6 cm long -04 Nos after complete work of building complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement, laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core all as per IS , specified & directed. (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule )

Supply and fix in replacement of light grade Galvanised mild steel pipe 40mm bore complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed as for cable proction . (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule ).

M&L local sand dry, filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.
