Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.50 sqm each including removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.50 sqm but n.exc. 4.0 sqm each including removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows or partition including aluminium beading, hinges of required size, jointing cleats, screws, dash, fastners, plug for fixing with wall, columns etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminum anodised window & ventilator shutters side hung type without sash bars, aluminum sections weighting 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointings cleats, glazings clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminum fittings such as peg stays 150 mm long (1 No), hinges type B21, 100 mm long (2 Nos) suitable handle (1 No) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4.80 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in panes exc 0.50 sqm each fixed with & including rubber gasket in aluminum frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5.00 mm thick figured glass ordinary quality in panes exc 0.50 sqm each fixed with & including rubber gasket in aluminum frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm Nominal dia and average width of apreature 1.4 mm conforming to relevant IS and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminum sliding window three track with two glass shutters including 5.0 mm thick black/dark sheet glass and one wire gauge shutter using stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm Nominal dia and average width of apreature 1.4 mm, aluminum powder coated section aluminum cleat, PVC track, bearing, handle locking arrangement, rubber beading etc complete fittings complete all as specified and approved as per manufacturer instruction. Note:- Size of alumnium section shall be as under:- (i) Three track top and vertical -Jindal main-2010 section No 20831 or equivalent but weight of section not less than 1.06 kg/RM (ii) Three track bottom-Jindal main-2010 section 20620 or equivalent but weight of section not less than 1.07 kg/RM (iii) Shutter vertical section- Jindal main-2010 section 20738 or equivalent but weight of section not less than 0.547 kg/RM (iv) Shutter top and bottom - Jindal main-2010 section 20736 or equivalent weight of section not less than 0.547 kg/RM (v) Shutter vertical middle (interlock) - Jindal main-2010 section 20845 or equivalent weight of section not less than 0.547 kg/RM

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and riverted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165. Note:- Work will be carried out upto 6 storey building and cost of necesary scafolding and safety measures and labour insurance etc complete are in inclusive in the quoted unit rate.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete as in reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC type-B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajjas/shelves complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to rough finished surfaces of flat concrete, sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhanges, etc also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 14 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster/grit finish or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm (external wall ) thick in two layers with setting coat (10mm thick in CM 1:6 & 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC@3% by WT of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick surface in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in internal wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall plastered or un-plastered surface walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over 3 mm thick of watereproofing wall care putty finishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of suitable primer on walls complete all as specified. Tint and shade as approved by GE.

Supply only integral WPC ISI marked

M & L for 16 to 18 mm thick Granite stone slab (of any type/Colour ) Slabs machine cut in window cill and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing over and including 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4, screed bed on brick work or concrete surfaces as backing for Granite stone slab complete all as specified and directed.
