Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above G.L) all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 Design mix concrete using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in footings, foundation, beams, plinth beams, bases for columns complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for external wall and apply Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over over 3.00mm thk wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165c complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing ( mesh 50 mm X 50 mm size) nominal dia of wire 3 mm ( including pvc coating ) fixed to fencing posts using suitable bolts and nuts (nuts and bolts shall be measured seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts of 10mm dia and length exc 5cm but n exc 10cm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement plaser in two coats 8mm thick in CM 1:4 using WPC over 12mm thick in CM (1:6) on external surfaces is to be finished even smooth with out using extra cement with using Approved WPC complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be meassured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule)

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in drain & surface channels forming fair finished drains or channel inner girth in cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral Liquid water proofing compound

Taking down existing LT cables of size 95 to 240 Sqmm from walls/trenches and keep aside for reusing complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of existing LT cables of size 95 to 240 Sqmm, 3.5 core (obtained from item no. 39 here-in-above) on walls/floors etc with necessary support complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The steel work will be measured and paid seperately under relevent Item.)

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductors ,1100 volts grade of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
