Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50mm deep and not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WBM (Water Bound Macadam) surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust and dirt and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) applied at the rate of 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of Grade 80/100 (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using 4% paving bitumen of any penetration laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust or dirt and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/ 100 (VG-10) grade at the rate of 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using hot mix plant and mechanical paver and 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing concrete/ bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (contineous/ uninterrupted), arrows, letters exceeding 10 cm width with hot applied thermo plastic road marking materials all as specified in clause 803.4 of MOSRT and H specifications, white or golden yellow (IS colour No 356) over one coat of primer complete all using road painting machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable/ damaged road furniture items like cat eye, solar cat eye and delineator of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) consisting of six super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
