Firm is not black listed and service not withdrawn in the middle of the contract period. (Annexure A)

Vehicle documents of vehicles along with Vehicle RC Books and Vehicle Insurance copy should be submitted along Vehicle lease agreement copies if the agency supply hired vehicles - in Attached format (Annexure -II)
