Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Services for Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Power Distribution, DG Sets, Water Sewage Treatment Systems, SCADA and Other Campus Utility Services

Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance of Campus Electrical, Plumbing and carpentry work on an “As-Is and Where-Is” basis, including operation, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, restoration and overall upkeep of electrical, plumbing and carpentry works, including but not limited to 33/11 kV substation equipment such as transformers, HT/LT panels, RMU, VCB panels and protection systems; DG sets with AMF and synchronization panels; STP, WTP and SCADA systems; internal and external electrical installations; street lighting; feeder pillars; distribution boards; cabling; earthing systems; electrical installations in academic, administrative, hostel and residential buildings; plumbing and sanitary systems; split-type ACs; tower ACs; water coolers; water dispensers; drainage systems; cable trenches; manholes; chambers; equipment foundations; DG rooms; panel rooms; pump rooms and associated infrastructure. The scope shall also include carpentry works, plumbing repairs, restoration of non-operational systems, and supply and replacement of specified consumables and minor spares, as provided in the Tender Document, along with deployment of the required manpower, supervision, tools and tackles, uniforms, safety gear/PPE and statutory compliances necessary for satisfactory execution of the work.
