Cement concrete blocks work in cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) with hydraulically pressed solid cement concrete bricks of size 30x20x15 cm for superstructure including all charges for cost and conveyances, watering,curing,labour,scaffolding etc. complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Two coats

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead :

Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : a)Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Making good the damages(caused by the opening made in brick walls ) to walls,flooring and jambs complete to match existing surface with cement plaster etc complete as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in lintels, beams and bressumers, including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering and shuttering but , excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. a)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.

80x1.20 mm M.S. laths with 1.20 mm thick top cover.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade

Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling customer service counter carefully and stacking the same for future use in the same building all complete as directed by Engineer-in charge

Cleaning the terrace including repairs to the cracks,/plaster /holes and painting with white cement mixed with DR.FIXIT URP to make the surface waterproof,curing for atleast 7days etc as complete as directed by Engineer-in charge

Cleaning the front and side portions of CSC building ,surface dressing,minor rearrangement of paver blocks etc complete as directed by Engineer-in charge

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a)With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing stainless steel (SS 304 grade) adjustable friction windows stays of approved quality with necessary stainless steel screws etc. to the side hung windows as per direction of Engineerin- charge complete. a)205x19mm

Repairing corbel by placing CC 1:1.5:3 at damaged portions,rendering with CM 1:3 and applying one coat of cement primer to match with existing portions inlcuding the cost of centering shuttering,curing etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Demolishing RCC sunshade of size upto 0.75 m wide using concrete cutter/ jack hammer including collecting the broken pieces without damaging the structure, without making inconvenience to public , staff etc. Finishing the cutting edges of slab with cement concrete, cement plaster of required thickness etc including the cost of all labour and materials and scaffolding.

Dismantling signboard & canopy carefully at the front of CSC and stacking the same as directed by Engineer-in Charge.
