To facilitate Maintenance work (cutting, welding, oil filtration), Testing work and to improve lighting of switchyard area at 132KV substation, Srinagar (G) the following works are required to be done:
Providing and laying of 3-phase 4 core (25 sqmm) cable from ACDB (which is lying inside control room Building) to switchyard area (length approximately 180Mtrs) through trenches and in open area must be concealed with PVC hard pipe in ground 1.5 foot below the plinth level where ever required.
Providing and fixing of iron clade distribution box (440V AC) to provide complete shelter from dust, rain and other weather conditions including all required MCB's, TB & TB metal strips and other wirings. Proper earthing of distribution box must be done. The Distribution Box must be installed in the switchyard area at a height of approx. 5 feet from the ground level.
Installation of all required MCB's as per required direction of site incharge for lightning of switchyard area of 132KV/66KV/33KV and one spare MCB of required rating with power socket for maintenance work.
Provide and install 16A MCB for each lights of switchyard (almost 20nos). MCB's shall be installed inside iron clade box with proper insulation at each light pole located in the switchyard at a height of approx. 5 feet from the ground level. Connection shall be made available from the 40A 1 phase 230V AC MCB from MCCB box through single phase 2.5 sqmm 2 core cable (approximately 400 Mtrs). Proper earthing of each box shall be done.
All above material, labour and T&P shall be provided by contractor for proper completion of work under PTCUL norms and by the instruction of site-incharge .
