Engagement of skilled carpenter, skilled helper and skilled labour for dismantling and removal of damaged timber decking/deck planks and defective or loose transverse deck support members over longitudinal timber beams, including tightening of existing 16 mm dia nut bolts and fasteners, cleaning and making good of joints, proper stacking of dismantled/unserviceable timber and debris, and all labour, tools and tackles required for complete execution of the work, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Skilled Carpenter

Providing & fixing vertical posts /diagonal supports transverse beams/joists (deck support framing,(battered piles) railing system of seasoned timber section, properly dressed, aligned , including cutting, shaping, drilling, fixing with bolts/fasteners and applying protective wood preservative and paint complete job as per the directions of Engineer in charge complete (KD Wood )

Providing & fixing 16mm dia MS nuts, bolts, and washers (including fabrication of 3mm thick MS base plate) for anchoring wooden V-posts. Includes drilling, grouting, and tightening complete in all respects. (0.30m long)

Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge; letters, borders etc. as per IRC: 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class -II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminum alloys, rivets or bolts and nuts @ 300mm c/call along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminum sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge Overhead informatory road signage. Complete job in all respects.
