SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [B/R Works]: Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 300 mm X 450 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Joint Free, Coloured, Premium Quality of size exceeding 0.11 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, 7 to 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick non-skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles with tile spacer of minimum 3 mm thickness, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm and not exceeding 0.38 Sqm as in floors set and jointed neat with epoxy grout and masking tape shall be put before putting the epoxy grout, grout shall be througly cleaned immediatlely and pointed in white or coloured to match the shade of the tile and laid over screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-Skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, as in skirting/Dado etc. with tile spacer of minimum 3 mm thickness, set and jointed neat with epoxy grout and masking tape shall be put before putting the epoxy grout, grout shall be througly cleaned immediatlely and pointed in white or coloured to match the shade of the tile, Including 10mm Thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles in flooring, apron etc of any description or thickness laid dry and pointed in any mortar and removing serviceable slabs/ tiles to store and removing rubbish / debris of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm average thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in levelling course sub base, surface finished even and fair to receive topping layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of size 250 X 250 mm / 300 X 300 mm, 25mm thick, Hydraulically pressed as in Floors, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and providing 12mm thick joints for full depth of PCC at every 3.00 m and every change of direction duly filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 Part of heated bitumen blown grade of any penetration and 3 parts of sand [all by weight] complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Sub base for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish off the primises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying suitable thickness of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm including exterior wall care putty of suitable thickness complete all as directed

Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters [without taking off shutter from the frame] not exceeding 1.5 Sq.m each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sq.m but not exceeding 4.00 Sq.m each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking wooden down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sq.M but not exceeding 2 Sq.M each complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) withe xtruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Zsections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top,bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Bands, Straps, Supports or Stays for Rainwater, Ventilating Pipes, including Bolts, if required, Hooks [Stay], heavy, for Large Gates, Hook and Pintle Hinges, large Hasps and Staples, Chains, hand made Sliding Bolts, Clamps, Hold Fasts, Wall Ties, Hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles complete all as specified and as directed.

[Note: Measurement shall be considered for circumference at centerline of core thickness]

M & L for preparing existing steel surfaces by wire brush, etc. to obtain rust free steel surfaces to receive anti rust treatment and and providing a coat of Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer [Nito Zinc Primer of M/s. Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent approved bonding agent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Asian Paints Ltd.] as per manufacturer's instructions to all steel surfaces as in antirust agent including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in floor and roofs (other than ground floor), separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 5.00 KM completion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain / Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 [Nominal Mix] 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels,bands etc up to 1.5m span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in bed blocks, copings,roof padding and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles /edges and throating as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make @ 3% by weight of cement for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, applying a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m on top and finished with Two coats of Aluminium paint including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.50 KM but not exceeding 5.00 KM complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.
