M&L for Cleaning of service over head water tanks of any description, any type or capacity at any position by removing organic materials & dirt etc. from wall and base after bailing out/opening wash out and plugging inlet pipes and washing the walls and base by applying bleaching powder or any other approved means by Engr-In-Charge and filling with fresh water and replacing the top cover in position etc for the following capacities of tanks .

(a) Exc 250 but not exceeding 500 Ltr.

(b) Exc 500 but n. exc 1000 Ltrs

(c) Exc 1000 but n. exc 5000 Ltrs

Taking down 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connection from wall, ceiling and floor complete all as per directed including cleaning for refixing or removal from site as in repairs.

Taking down 20 mm bore steel water tubing and connection from wall, ceiling and floor complete all as per directed including cleaning for refixing or removal from site as in repairs.

Taking down 25/32 mm bore steel water tubing and connection from wall, ceiling and floor complete all as per directed including cleaning for refixing or removal from site as in repairs.

Refixing only GI tubing, 15mm bore, including fitting such as bends, tees, elbows, short pieces, connectors, back nuts and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Refixing only GI tubing, 20mm bore, including fitting such as bends, tees, elbows, short pieces, connectors, back nuts and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply, lay, connect and test GI tubing ,medium grade with all fitting, laid in trenches, or fixed to walls with clamps, floors, ceiling or laid in trenches etc. complete of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, lay, connect and test GI tubing ,medium grade with all fitting, laid in trenches, or fixed to walls with clamps, floors, ceiling or laid in trenches etc. complete of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, lay, connect and test GI tubing ,medium grade with all fitting, laid in trenches, or fixed to walls with clamps, floors, ceiling or laid in trenches etc. complete of 25mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing only GI tubing, 32mm bore, including fitting such as bends, tees, elbows, short pieces, connectors, back nuts and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors) complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore / dia , fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 25mm bore / dia (Min weight 455Gm), fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed .

S& F in repairs PVC water Tank covers of capacity exc 250 ltrs but n.exc 500 Ltrs including repairs of hinges & locking arrangement as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S& F in repairs PVC water Tank covers of capacity exc 500 ltrs but n.exc 1000 Ltrs including repairs of hinges & locking arrangement as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of existing RCC OHT concrete cover slabs of 500 to 1000 ltr capacity tank including platform/ staging over RCC roof slab, removal debris exc 50m and not exc 3.0 Km from site and stacking etc all completed & directed by EIC

M & L for Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in over head PVC Tanks base slabs, including mixing of Polypropylene Synthetic Microfiber@ 900grms per cum of concrete all as directed .. Note :- (Reinforcement shell be measured and paid separately).

M&L TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc. confirming to Fe-500 of 500D

M & L for writing letters of figures (Block Roman, Italic, or Indian) of 10cm height with stencil i.e. "TANK CLEANED ON ddmmyy with using synthetic enamel paint incl back ground paint etc complete all as specified and directed .

S &F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 500L capacity (cylindrical / vertical with closed top) complete hoisted and fixed in position, with lid, with lid, tounge nipple for inlet, outlet connections etc. , overflow complete all as specified in section 18 of SSR Part I 1991 including fly nut complete tounge nipple for inlet, outlet connections etc. fixed in repairs, all as specified and directed .

S &F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 1000L capacity (cylindrical / vertical with closed top) complete hoisted and fixed in position, with lid, with lid, tounge nipple for inlet, outlet connections etc. , overflow complete all as specified in section 18 of SSR Part I 1991 including fly nut complete tounge nipple for inlet, outlet connections etc. fixed in repairs, all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, all as specified and directed .

M & L for brick work with old size, sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed .

M&L rendering15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 a brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement as external surfaces of manhole and compound wall ,complete all as specified and directed ..

S & F in repairs 20 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, ,complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in repairs 25 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, , complete all as specified and directed .

Removing the plant/growth of any description size, any location of external surfaces of walls & shafts ( Building up to three story high) by cutting/burning with blown lamp of any other means & removing the roots completely spraying the suitable chemical in the removed portion to avoid re-growth & making good damaged portion to match the existing surfaces by PCC type B0(1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded aggregate/CM 1:3 complete all as directed by Engr In Charge (Chemical :- Gramzone/Roundup or equivalent suitable chemical to remove/destroy the plants/roots as per manufacturers instruction)

S & F GI clamps for 75/80 mm dia bore CI/PVC tubing , for securing pipeline fixed with steel nails / dash bolts , fixed to up to three story high buildings complete all as specified and directed .
