Decoupling of 8 cusec pump of pumping unit no I from motor and then dismantling the pump from the base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled pump of Lift irrigation station Kothey Parlah Old on head load through path in fields to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle. Dismantling of 8 cusec discharge spiral casing pump of pumping unit no I at workshop for extraction of all worn out/damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeves, bush, check nuts, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. Cleaning of pump casing to remove sand and silt.Providing and fitting of new pump shaft as per the size and specifications of pumping unit I, turning and threading of pump shaft at required portions for fastening of check nut and fabrication of groove for key way at the position of coupling pulley. Repairs to the impeller by filling cavities and cracks by way of metal filling and grinding to the original size. Providing and fitting of two number new bearings and one number thrust bearing number , 1 no’s neck ring, shaft protection sleeve, check nut, nuts & bolts, fabrication of new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing & filling of pump bearing housing with fresh M oil. Providing and fitting of graphite packing in pumping unit. Repair to 300 mm dia sluice valve of unit no. I, installed at Lift irrigation station Kothey Parlah Old, by way of cutting of nuts and bolts around the sluice valve with gas cutter. Completely dismantling all the internal parts of valve. Fabrication/Replacement of new stem rod with square threads. Providing and replacement of new wedge nut, repair to wedge shape disc with seat ring. Providing and replacement of new gland packing, gland plate with gland nuts. Properly checking inner body of sluice valve for any cavitations voids or corrosion repairing of the same. Complete assembling of valve with providing of graphite packing. Providing and fitting of rubber sheet between the flanges on both side of valve with providing of new nuts and bolts. Back shifting after carrying out repairs to pump machinery to site. The job includes loading, un-loading, manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), tools & tackles etc. Alignment of pump and motor. The job includes the cost of materials and labour charges. Complete job Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate including rebate on old material as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
