Taking shut down from main substation and drain out the transformer oil and to be collected in barrel by opening the transformer cover of capacity 200 to 450 KVA by unscrewing the nuts/bolts and washers and kept in safe custody and reuse the same, and checking the any type of leakage from both HT and LT side including cleaning the sludge etc depositing in the core and tank by using soft brushes and clean with old transformer oil, refilling of transformer oil including refixing of top cover including nut/bolts etc and testing the input & output voltage and adjustment of the voltage through tape changer if required complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in-Charge. Note: Transformer oil required for topup will be measured and paid separately.
