Provision for plumbing works for the toilet and repair/replacement of existing pipes, taps, valves etc.(Details to be provided during execution of work)

Provision for electric connection, with necessary cable and wire form the existing service line.

Provision for gazebo of octagonal shape, single roof (MS post and truss camouflaged with bamboo locally available straw/thatch ), PCC flooring with bamboo chair (Height: 13 ft, Minimum Area=160 sq ft) as per direction of engineer in charge.

Provision for supplying of Plastic Wheel Dustin of 240 liter of good quality ISI mark for collecting/disposing the garbage of the monument.

Provision for carrying of fallen stone pillar by the road side inside the monument with necessary tools/equipment/machinery including manpower as directed by engineer in charge.

Provision for transportation charges for transporting to the construction site and working in remote location of the state Meghalaya.

Provision for repair of entrance gate of parking by replacing the wheels, wheel rail, Hold fast for smooth closing/opening of the gate including concreting (area: 5.70m x 3.00) for maintaining proper slope for passage of vehicle from road to parking area and providing MS grating (of suitable angle) over existing road drain to drain out under the passage near the entrance gate as per direction of engineer in charge.

Provision for shed above the visitor’s benches with corrugate G.S sheet 0.35 mm thick with truss made of square bars and joined with 50 mm dia MS hollow pipes 8 ft from ground level.

Supply and fixing of decorative iron benches of length 1.50 m of cast iron in both sides with arm and rectangular M.S. pipe in sitting and back portion fixing with PCC (1:2:4) platform of size 1.5x2.50X0.10 m for sitting facilities to the visitors including priming coat and paint etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
