The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system.

Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Door frame shall be double rebate frame profile of size 143 x 57mm made out of 1.60mm (16gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drved Lab for the above grade of concrete with 28 days test results to the Engineer in charge for the approval of design mix prior to start of any type of concreting works at site. The contractor should quote his rate considering minimum 360 kg of 43 grade OPC cement plus required fly ash as per IS code. Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet.
