COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR and MAINT OF DIV HQ, DIV CAMP , CMP UNIT AND OFFR MESS UNDER GE (NORTH) BINNAGURI

Taking down old existing tarfelt/concrete of any type/description and course from roof surface including adjoining parapets and removing the debries from the site including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and derected.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying polymeric paint, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating in 4 coats of application as under:- (a) applying primer coat with Primer @ 0.3 kg /sqm (b) over priming coat applying applying single component acrylic polymer modified as manufacturer instructions with fibre reinforcement a width of approx 1m @ 0.75kg/sqm on the flat or vertical surfaces over parapet wall and ensure that there are no bubbles of creases. Overlapping of the fibre is a minimum of 50mm and allow this coat to dry for a period of 2-6 hrs depending on the atmospheric condition. (c) Applying second coat of roof guard @0.75Kg/sqm (d) Applying final coat of primer @ 0.08kg/sqm after 2nd coat has dried properly. Note : Water Proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by the manufacturer. .

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base finished the concrete surfaces fair and smooth without using extra cement, all complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment / specification :- (i) Cleaning top surface of floors / slabs and laying 50mm thick (avg) PCC of (1:3:6), 20mm graded stone aggregate (Nominal mix), mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners. (ii) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on sides mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instruction. (iii) Applying 1st layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg / sqm , this layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs . ( iv) Applying 2nd layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/ sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.126 kg / sqm , this layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs. (v) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces. (vi) Providing 150 micron thick polyutethene paint in two coats ( each of 75 micron measured dry surface over a coat of PU primer including preparation. (vii) 2 Nos 32mm bore GI medium grade 450mm long spout ,to be provided through external wall to drain out accumulated water. (viii) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tightness by filling water for 72 hrs before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage / seepage exists. (ix) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete of (1:5:10) type E-2 (Note : (i)Treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by the manufacturer., (ii) Only floor area should be measured for payment)

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 86/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 300x300x25mm thick polished chemically treated chequered tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with mixture of pigments to match with the colour of tiles including demolition of existing floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
