Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Extra Work (AHU-08.5ton, AHU-11ton, SS Doors Swing type, Electrical works, Bed Head Panels, ICU Wall guard system, online UPS system and Civil Works etc ) in Modular OT and ICU at 300 bedded Hospital Kurbathang Kargil Ladakh.

Supply of AHU -4500 CFM (OT1) Providing and fixing of Air Handling unit (AHU) with double skinned panels of 50mm thickness with internal insulation material of PUF with 38+2kg/m3 density sandwich between two sheets and fixed to extruded aluminum. Inner sheet shall be 0.60mm thick plain GSS. Outer sheet shall be 0.60mm thick of preloaded GSS .The entire frame insulation .Mixing box having provision of 20% fresh air intake of total CFM of the AHU .Fan section complete with backward /forward curved DIDW type centrifugal fans of 100% capacity each TEFC squirrel cage induction motors suitable to operate on 415=10% V ,50Hz,3phase Ac Power supply and belt drive package work shall be mounted on GSS channel base .Access door shall be double skin type .Condensate drain pa shall be of 1.2mm SS with 13mm thick nitrite rubber shall be double structural frame work with thermal break profile of following specification A, Type = Sealing/ Floor Mounted B,Supply air quantity=4500 CFM C, Static pressure=125 mmwg D, Fan Type = BC Fan Efficiency =75% Out Velocity= 8m/s RPM= 2800 Motor Rating=3.7kw Capacity= 8.5ton

SS Doors Swing Type (Main Entry OT complex, Dirty Corridor, Sterile Store, Auto Clave Room) Supply & Installation of SS 304 double leaf swing door manual operated having (1500mm wide 2100mm height) of door complete with glass vision window of 300mmX300mm, along with swing machine & all necessary accessories.

Electrical Work (Corridor electrical work, wire, switche sockets, Lighting etc) All the electrical work including LED 2X2 Tiles ceiling mounted for corridor, Electrical switch sockets, wiring etc laying of PVC conduits, Modular Switch Boxes ,Modular Switches –sockets power and light wiring including earthling wire for all the lighting control ,Pendant and other equipment fixture and fitting inside the theatre wiring with low leakage current wires for FRLS wire should be as per requirement .5/15 Amps antibacterial switched socket outlet set -2Nos shall be equidistant flushed in each wall at 325mm height from FFL of OT .Wiring for 250 volts single phase and earth 4 sq.mm and 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor

AHU Dismentalling (AHU in Corridor) Dismantalling of old AHU, old Ducting, Old Gas pipe line in ICU and OT and in corridor

Nurse Calling system (ICU nurse call sytem) Nurse Calling system for ICU, Pre post room with up to 8 bed capacity , 1 unit central display unit, Hand unit on each bad, Display screen, Nurse call software with code blue feature.

MGPS Work (MGPS work in Inside OT and ICU area) Laying of all MGPS pipeline work inside OT and ICU only as per the requirement of bed head panels.

Bed Head Panels (ICU Bed Head Panels) Double compartment bed head panels made up of aluminium extrusion alloy of 6063 T6 grade with screwless self locking face plate for easy access of gas outles and electricals. Hybrid inbuild railing system for the free flow of slider for movement of basket, IV pole, Infusion pole and monitor tray for different requirement. Different dedicated compartment for electricals and gas outlets of size 120mmX85mm with self locking face plate. The panel need to be closed from back side as per hospital norms and size of panels 1200mmX368mm X 85mm .
