Supply and fix in replacement of drop out fuses 11 KV, 100 Amps capacity including nut bolts washers with barrel fuse expulsion type set of three including mounting on channel complete all as directed. Make :- Universal

Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductors removing to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and stringing ACSR (aluminium conductor galvanized steel-reinforced) of any size and type in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulator by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire to permissible sag complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and comissioning of Transformer step down HT 11KVA/433 Volt floor mounted outdoor type copper wound with neccesary standard fittings of capacity 250KVA, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycles vector ground DYN-11 having primary voltage 11KV and secondary voltage 433 Volts with tapping on primary side having steps of +/- 2.5% +/- 5% +/- 7.5% in equal steps each, so as to vary voltage on secondary side, first fill of transformer oil. The transformer shall be delta connected on 11 KV side and star connected on 433 Volts side with neutral including provision of HT bushing, on HV (Delta connection) side and LT Cable end box on LV( Star connection) side all as specified and directed including proviosn of neccesary and standard fitting and mainly comprising of the following:- (a) One cable box with suitable glands fro cable entry alongwith aluminimum lugs for 3.5x240sqmm cable. (b) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (c ) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (d) Explosive vents. (e ) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (f) One no 100mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degrees centigrade with temp reading pointer, max temp indicator and resetting device. (g) Rating plate with terminal markings. (h) Oil level guages. (j) Earthing terminsla on tank/ tank cover. (k) Oil drain and filter valves. (l) Lifting lugs.(m) Air release valve. (n) Four plain detachable rollers. (o) First fill of fresh oil conforming to relevant IS and tested upto 40 KV di-electric strength. (p) Any other fittings/ accessories so as to conform the whole transformer to IS- 2026 . Note - Steel sections for mounting platform shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coat or synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for provision of plinth for transformer 250 KVA of size 2.00mx2.00mx1.50m as per drg no CEPZ/98/TD/06 sheet 2/2 complete including excavation and earth work, PCC, making good disturbed surfaces etc as directed by Engineer-In - Charge

Supply and fixing 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip for horizontal conductors and down conductors including suitable design of fixing components of galvanised steel as per fig 28 of IS 2309: 1989 complete all as specified and as directed.
