M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following coursed of treatment/specification from bottom to top completeall as specified and directed:- (i) Removing complete existing treatment incl pcc pedding of roof surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (ii) M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 03 Kg of cement per Sqm (i) Including 25 mm thick PCC type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggrerate) as a leveling coarse complete. (ii) M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 . (Internal water proof compound measured seperately) . (iii) Applying evenly a tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick, minimum weighing 3.5 Kg/Sqm, reifnforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less tan 160 Gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specifed above by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing the joints with application of cold bitumen. (v) Applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide including prepration new surface over the APP membrane.

Taking down old steel rolling shutter not exceeding 25 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame)

S&F Steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick, with ball bearing, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, incl safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un- reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level)

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/hardstanding complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete as in plinth protection/ hardstanding/ sub base type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) finishing concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described appling one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for 20 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm (1:4) with wpc @2% by weight face of conc work to wall surface and the surface is finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete Surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L rendering 5mm thick of cement plaster 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth(without using extra cement.).

Supply only Integral water proofing compound of ISI marked.

Material & Labour for preparation of new wall surface and applying two coats of Cement base paint complete all as specified and directed .

Preparation of new surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of old surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Complete removal of old surface and applying two coats of Cement base paint complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper including one coat of chalk whiting on plastered surface to prepara-tory to distempering complete all as specified and directed over 1 mm thick wall care putty.

M&L for complete removal of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper including one coat of chalk whiting on plastered/putty surface to prepara-tory to distempering complete all as specified and directed over 1 mm thick wall care putty.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper/ aluminium point wiring (light,call bell, two way, socket or power point etc) complete with fittings/fixures such as switches sockets, ceiling rose, fan regulators,bracket light fittings and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down the existing unservicable main switch /change over / cut out/ DBs of any type/ capacity/ description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes all as specified by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking down carefully unsv aluminium submain wiring of any type /loc including conduit /casing and earth wire and making good the distributed surface of walls /ceiling matching with existing finishes all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unsv UG Cable any cross sectional area and connection of any description of any description laying in trenches or fixing with wall or poles all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded drawn through and including rigid PVC Concealed conduit and its accessories of suitable size, high grade ISI marked in walls /roof and PVC boxes of suitable size including fixing/grouting sunken/ surface as per site requirement for mounting the switches / sockets/ regulators etc including running up of 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly all as specified for : (a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) All as per item No 24 above One 3 point 5 Amps socket outlets point controlled by one switch on the same board

(c) All as per item No 24 above One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board

All as per item No 24 above but with two run of 2.5 sqmm multi stranded Single core copper conductor 1100 volts grade FRLSH PVC insulated sheathed cable with one run of FRLSH PVC 2.5 Sqmm multi standard insulated sheathed copper wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly on independent board.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L sand cushioning in trenches for cable protection with coarse sand laid dry in trenches with uniform thickness including consolidation complete all as directed.

Supply & Laying well burnt brick , locally available best quality (sub class "B" bricks ) laid in trences perpendicular to UG Cable protection complete all as specified.

Supply & Laying XLPE LT heavy duty UG Cable of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trences /floor/on wall/service connection PVC Insulated, sheathing and armd 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor including connection to the main switch/cut out MCB/MCCB with necessary lugs after cutting to required length complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI Tubing light grade of size 40mm dia in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clam as per site requirement etc all as specified and directed.

Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of Road of any type (minimum 1.0 METRE below the Road Surface with the help of GI Tubing not exc. 40mm bore (dia) for passing of UG Cable, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: GI Pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under appropriate Item.
