Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors and aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing from site and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 350x250x7mm/450x300x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18 sqm but n. exc. 0.38 sqm, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (Black/Red or as directed) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in flooring over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L for kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on stone masonry surfaces and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

S&F in repairs 25 mm dia stainless steel curtain rod, fancy type/decorative type, fixed on brackets fixed to walls with decorative knobs on sides complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs curtain rod side brackets of stainless steel, angular or cantilever type fixed to wall with 02 Nos. screws on each bracket and fitted screws for fixing curtain rod incl CP/stainless steel carved decorative design plain metal colour nobs with fixing arrangement for curtain rod using a screw complete all as approved and shown by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down tarfelt with plaster below felt over roof etc. and removing from site all as specified and directed. NOTE:- This item shall be executed for roof portions where demolition of PCC padding is not involved. Wherever demolition of PCC padding with tarfelt and plaster is involved, the same shall be measured and paid under item No.18 here-in-after.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (roof padding/roof kerb/sunken floor etc.) including tarfelt, plaster etc. and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 mix (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding over roof of any thickness.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces (Roof) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.200 litre per bag of 50 kg of cement complete all as specified. NOTE:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) weight not less than 3.00 Kg/sqm and reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with polythene finish on upper side of membrane, laid by torch application method with overlaps 150 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @ 300 gm/sqm and applying two coats of aluminium paint 0.20 litre/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for dubbing out average 15-18 mm thick (whenever specifically ordered in writing by Engineer-in-Charge) in CM 1:4 on irregular face of walls. NOTE:- The surface of the dubbing out coat shall be left rough or scored to provide key for the top plaster coat.

S&F 1.40 m overall height Workstation Cubicle made out of PVC/WPV prelaminated sheet fixed in PVC 'C' channel of required size, reinforced/framed with MS tube complete including necessary fixing arrangement as per manufacturer/approved design complete all as specified and directed (Make : Rajshri or techno commercially equivalent of any make specified) with the following:-

S&F Desktop and verticle support made up of 18 mm prelaminted PVC/WPC sheet fixed with necessary cleats, floor clamps, reinforcement, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (measurement shall be on front elevation) Note : Measurement shall be taken on surface area of sheet fixed.

S&F Keyboard plate made up of 18 mm prelaminated PVC/WPC sheet of size 0.65x0.4 m, fixed beneath desktop using necessary cleats, channels, rollers, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concrete or plaster existing RCC structure of slab/beams/walls by using chiesel/hammer, cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires etc without damaging the sound reinforcement, clean loose rust from bars manually with brush, fixing new supplymentary bars if required, either by tying it with existing bars or by welding on it and applying eppoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster/micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in ground floor including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for racking of cracks n. exc. 5 mm wide, preparation and crack filling with polymer modified/chemical based crack fillers by approved manufacturer and filling as per manufacturer's instructions in walls, roofs of any type or size (Make: Pidilite/Dr fixit, Fosroc, Boschme or techno commercially equivalent of any make specified) all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 77 above but cracks exc. 5 mm but n. exc. 10 mm wide.

S&F rolled mild steel of grade Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality ‘A’ as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site. Note - Quoted rate shall be deemed to be include for cutting holes/demolition of PCC blocks etc for taking down chowkats and making good the damaged surfaces in CM 1:3 all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each and removing from site. Note - Quoted rate shall be deemed to be include for cutting holes/demolition of PCC blocks etc for taking down chowkats and making good the damaged surfaces in CM 1:3 all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm and n. exc. 2 sqm each and removing from site.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm and n. exc. 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening after easing and adjusting or cutting and necessary repair.

S&F second class hard wood (SAL), plain, solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints.
