REPAIR AND MAINT OF HT LINES, UG CABLES, TRANSFORMERS AND ALLIED WORKS OF VARIOUS UNITS AT BHIMBAT, THASGAM AND DRASS UNDER GE KARGIL

Dismantling and taking down air break gang operated switch vertical / horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism / replacement of old unserviceable air break switches of 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing, installing, commissioning and testing HT 11KV, 3 phase system, outdoor type gang operated switch, air break type suitable for vertical mounting complete with necessary insulators and separators, set of drop out fuses (12 insulators) and operating handle of GI pipe 25 mm dia, medium grade rod of suitable length (mechanically operating arrangements), locking arrangement with lock and two keys complete of rating 400 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repair of air break gang operated switch vertical / horizontal mounted including required accessories like moving contact assembly, fixed contact assembly, insulators, arching horn,roller bearing assembly,blade stopper,AL Jumper, counter balancing spring, Nuts & Bolts, clamp, GI pipe, handle and operating mechanism of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size from its original position and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of pin type composite/polymer brown insulator incl one galvanised MS spindle, two washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade fixed on poles/cross arms of upto 9 m long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 150 mm high and 150 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair of Disc type insulator composite/polymer one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut, for 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair of Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of height 100 mm and dia 115 mm for 1100 volt line including galvanised mild steel straps of size 31x5 mm , washers, insulator bolt of dia 14 mm, washers and nuts, as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Scrapping rusted portion of steel pole and applying one coat of primer after that applying two coats of aluminium paint including channels existed on Two pole structure complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Scrapping rusted portion of old surface of steel pole including channels and applying onr coat of primer after that applying two coats of aluminium paint including making five no. alternative yellow & black strips 30 cm height each (upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping & numbering to the poles with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
