M&L for joint free non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc., over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 375 mm x 250 mm x7mm/450 mm x 300 mm x7 mm thick ,as in vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) of any description not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) of any description exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sq m each, and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tubes suppyling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as spcefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tube for top and bottom rails. mild steel framed shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS framed welded/sealed to stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & joined together with solvent cement complete all as fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing including 3 Nos stainless steel butt hinges 100 mm long for each door, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 1.25 mm thick pressed steel door frames of size 125mm x 60 mm for single or double doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling in pressed steel door complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted unit rate under this item shall deemed to be included one shop coat of primer.necessary fixing lugs hinges lock strike plate etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F 35 mm thick, factory made, IInd class hard wood plain framed panelled door shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm BWP commercial ply on both faces. M & L for brushing neat cement slurry (@ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm) mixed with water proofing compound in the proportion ,water proofing compound, water and cement (1:4:7) or as per manufacturer's instructions for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) ,type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound, mixed in proportion 200 milli litre per 50 Kg of cement as in padding, benching, sunken portion etc.,on roof surface for correcting/ making proper slope on roof, etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3)on concrete/ brick surfaces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement over roof/sunken slab/wall complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

M & L for application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over non accessible/non approachable RCC roof slab /chajjah/canopy /parapet wall( horizontal /vertical surface) to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer/authorized applicator of the manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying approved bituminous based primer( conforming to IS: 3384-1995) @ 0.30 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface & hot blown grade bitumen 85/25softning point 115 degree C @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primer . (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 150 Kg / Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 Kg /Sq.cm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP modified polymeric membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Applying two coat of bituminious based Aluminium Paint @ 0.3 Kg /Sqm over APP Membrane.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI mark)complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm including cleaning of surface complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 50 mm bore GI tube, light grade as in spout pipe, complete with all fittings laid as in floor etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair CP Peg set of Three Peg complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L for point wiring for one light/fan/exhaust fan point/ bell /buzzer point controlled by one way switch with using with FRLSH PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable conforming to IS:694, 1100V grade AC, single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system & 1.5 Sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunken type anodized pressed steel sheet terminal box (normal & modular type) made out of 1.6mm thick of suitable size, for mounting fittings/junction boxes including PVC board with bakelite sheet 2.8 mm thick laminated cover make sheet for housing/ fixing switches etc., including cutting holes for switches,sockets,regulators etc as per requirement including fixing with machine screw,washer etc complete all as specified and directed.
