REPAIR / REPLACEMENT TO OH LINE UG CABLE AND UG SYSTEM AT AFS TEZPUR

Dismantling of ACSR conductors, line seperator, service feeder or distribution span from the existing LT&HT over head lines etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down insulators any type and size from the existing LT & HT line, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down cross arms or MS channel or angle section etc from the existing LT ,HT Line & Transformer etc and setting aside for reuse or remove, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling LT stay assembly of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of steel tubular pole of any size from bottom by demolition of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LT steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate,finial taper plug, bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) complete all as specified as directed.Note Excavation & PCC work shall be measured and paid seperately, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in Trenches not exc. 1.50 mtr wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr in depth, Taking Out and Laying of Cables, etc. and getting out in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7.00 here in before but Excavation in trenches exc. 1.5m wide and n. exe 3 mtr depth

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 250mm in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the Starting Point in Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal Boring for passing GI protection pipe up to 40 to 100 mm bore (dia), under road / foot path, not exc. 10.00 metre in a single length, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thick -ness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thick-ness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid for).

Horizontal Boring for passing GI protection pipe up to 100 mm bore (dia), under road / foot path, not exc. 10.00 metre in a single length, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable or serviceable LT UG Cables of any size and Connections including Bricks, GI Pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in Trenches and/or fixing with Walls/Poles including Segregating of Serviceable Materials viz Bricks, Cables, GI Pipes, etc. and keep in Safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and shifting of indoor type LT Panel Board of any size with all accessories after disconection of outgoing & incomming cables, earth strips etc. and taking away from existing location and re-installation on the P.C.C./ brick platform duly grouted in the new platform constructed within 15 to 30 mtr from the existing location. incl reconnection of all outgoing and incomming cables, all as specified & as directed. ( NOTE : Foundation Work & earth work are included in quoted rate.)

Supply & Laying or Fixing or Passing through Pipe, XLPE insulated, Armoured, Electric Power UG Cable (Heavy Duty) with Aluminium Conductor, 1100 Volt Grade, Nominal Cross-Sectional Area 240 sqmm 3.5 core and Testing, including Brass Compression Cable Gland, Terminal Lug, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
