Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster or tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring using two runs of single core PVC insulated cable(FR) 4 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and one run of 4 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FR)using as earth wire drawn through and including suitable size PVC casing and caping including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Note- 3 run of 4 sq mm PVC copper wire and One run of PVC casing caping shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring using two runs of single core PVC insulated cable (FR) 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and one run of 6 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FR)using as earth wire drawn through and including suitable size PVC casing and caping including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Sub main wiring using four runs of single core PVC insulated cable(FR) 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and two runs of 6 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FR)using as earth wire drawn through and including non metallic PVC conduit pipe ISI marked of size 25 sq mm including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Note- 6 run of 6 sq mm PVC copper wire and One run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Supply and fix in repairs Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, TPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar double door protection, neutral bar,earth bar, single pole and neutral 415 volts, MCBs used as incommer Double door, flush to wall complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repairs Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, SPN 4 way, single door, IP-30 protection DP MCB, 240 V as incomer, SP MCBs as outgoing complete all as specified and directed .

All as per ser item No 37 above but SPN 8 way, double door 240 volts complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repairs single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including one MCB single pole 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down fan of any type and size after disconnecting, depositing to store yard and Hanging/fixing only after repair/reconditioning fan of any type and size all as directed. NOTE: Repair and reconditioning of fan shall be measured and paid separately under Item Nos.44 to 47.

Collecting unserviceable ceiling fan 1200mm sweep 230V, AC single phase from store yard of AGE E/M and transporting to local market, cutting unserviceable winding from fan stater & rewinding same with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge size including throughly cleaning all the components, oiling greasing & replacement of rusted unserviceable screws, hanging clamps with rubber reel, canopy condensers, bush, bearing & flexible copper connection wire etc complete all as directed. Note : (i) Taking down and refixing after repair work shall be measured and paid under Item No.40 above. (ii) Spare such as Hanging clamps, canopy, condenser and flexible copper connection wire, painting, down rod, bearing, bush, clamps etc shall be measured & paid separatetly under item Nos.48 to 59.

Material and labour for general servicing of VCB of capacity 400 Amp by drawing out the VCB, removing the dust, general servicing of the mechanism such as lubricating and applying jelly, cleaning the insulators, providing new nuts and bolts etc and recaliberation of relay, remove moisture, replace unserviceable relay, batteries if any, for auxillary supply, re-installing the VCB in its original position, testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for General maintenance /repair of 160 KVA transformers installed at ICGS Beypore and CGRA Kozhikode Sub Stations, including disconnecting the HT/LT cables, earth strips etc. from the transformer, draining the complete oil for removing sludge from the tank and removing the top cover, conservator, expulsion tank etc for detecting the leakage and repairing by welding, replacing all the gaskets & neoprene washers for leakage arresting, the HT /LT bushings if required, refill the oil, top up to required level without any extra cost, reassembling the transformer and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dehydration / filtration of transformer oils of transformer/switch gears to achive die-electric strength not less than 40Kv for 1 miniute at 4mm gap as per relevent IS using portable filteration plant including testing of oil for die electric strength before and after filtration complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Test results before and after filteration shall be submitted on completion in tripilicate. (ii) Necessary electricity for filtration plant shall be issued by department,required length of cable/switch etc shall be arranged by the contractor.

Supply and topping up new transformer oil into conservator tank/body tank of transformer using portable filtration plant and directected. Note:- (i) The transformer oil for topping up shall be with di electric strength more than 40kv for 1 miniute at 4mm gap. (ii) Oil shall be supplied at site in sealed barrel.

Supply and fix in repairs breather assembly suitable for out door type transformer including taking down u/s from the transformer complete all as specified.

Supply and filling silica gel inside breather assembly of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red clour and fixed with MS clamps bolts ans nuts of approved size for HT 25x20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of steel pole 9 mtr long excluding planting depth complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint and making black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm height, each alternative strips ,up to 1.5 mtr height and writing pole Nos and applying one coat of cement base paint on PCC coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of LT PCC pole 9 mtr long excluding planting depth complete painting with one coat of aluminium paint to all steel structure such as channel, cross arms , bracings, bracket, clamps, street light fitting anti climbing device including making black & white strips with synthetic enameled paint 30 cm height each alternative strips, upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole Nos and applying one coat of cement base paint on PCC coping where provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserrviceable earthing completely and providing Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 M below GL with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 M below normal GL connected with GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nut and washers of GI and earth strip protected by GI pipe 40mm bore light grade and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade including one test point for testing purpose with funnel and connected to switch/control board upto 7.5m away from earth electrode including earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4) type B-1cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars reinforcement both ways at 140mm C/C, charcoal, salt, water pipe, wire mesh, lugs etc and testing complete all as applicable and as per Plate No.3 of SSR 2009 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 40 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 50mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete.

Material and Labour for general servicing of Diesel Engine of DG set including greasing, lubrication, calibratiuon of PT pump etc of DG sets of capacity of 125 KVA, after replacement of unservicable parts including necessary lathe work fixing, testing the DG set on full load all as directed Note: (a) All T&P items should be brought at site by the contractor. (b) Grease,lubrication are to be measure in general servicing charges of DG set and no extra cost will be paid by Deptt to the contractor. (c) Parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately. The makes of spares shall be of respective DG set manufacturer and as approved by Engineer in charge conforming to the OEM machine. (d) The rate quoted shall be excluding servicing of alternator & selt starter which shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items here-in-after. (e) The general servicing job works also inclusieve of the following mentioned from (i) to (viii) complete in all respect up to the satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

(i) Caliberation of Fuel injection pump (FIP) (ii) Taking out the Self starter to the repair shop and servicing works like replacement of brushes, replacement of burnt wire etc. (iii) Taking out the Fuel tank, removing all the sediments from the tank, pressure cleaning, final cleaning with suitable cleaning materials and chemicals/lotion drying, welding and other repair work for any damage to tank, testing for leakage and refixing complete. (iv) Taking out the radiator, removing all the sediments from the radiator tubes, pressure cleaning, final cleaning with suitable cleaning materials and chemicals/lotion, drying, welding and other repair work for any damage to tank, testing for leakage and refixing complete. (v) Dismantling old unservicable Air cleaner elements and supply and fixing new Air cleaner elements inner and outer including dust cap recommended by the maunufacturer complete. (vi) Dismantling old unservicable oil filter elements and supply and fixing new oil filter recommended by the maunufacturer complete. (vii) Dismantling old unservicable fuel filter elements and supply and fixing new fuel filter recommended by the maunufacturer complete. (viii) Cleaning of carbon from silencer pipe and exhauist pipe and two coats od aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer.

Supply and fixing in repairs Heavy duty Acid lead battery 12 volt, capacity of 180 Ah for DG set 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Make: Battery Model No FXP0-XP1800 of EXIDE or Equivalent in Luminous/Amron.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank not exceeding 250 Ltrs capacity and Cleaning water tank with wire brush, cloth, bleaching powder, removing dirt, scale from the tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc through drain pipe or by manually all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Tank shall be cleaned quarterly and writing with white paint over black base on the tank as "TANK CLEANED ON" with date with 5 cm high letters/ numbers and reconnecting and refixing in the same position after cleaning and testing for leakages of service tanks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised steel water tubes, medium grade, 50mm bore with and including all GI fittings such as bends, L bows, short piece connections, backnuts, caps plugs, unions couplings, flanges, sockets etc., laid in trenches including inter connection between buildings/pumps/pump houses and taking out old existing GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised steel water tubes, medium grade, 50mm bore with and including all GI fittings such as bends, L bows, short piece connections, backnuts, caps plugs, unions couplings, flanges, sockets etc., ,fixed to wall/floor/ceiling including inter connection between buildings/pumps/pump houses and taking out old existing GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning of semi underground reservoir by closing of all valves in distribution and dewatering of complete tank and cleaning with wire brush, cloth, bleaching powder, removing dirt, scale from the tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc through drain pipe or by manually, and washing of inner surface using lime and bleaching powder and removing the same until clean surface is obtained, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Tank shall be cleaned yearly and writing with white paint over black base on the tank as "TANK CLEANED ON" with date with 5 cm high letters/ numbers and connecting all connections after cleaning and testing for leakages of tank of capacity 75000 Ltrs complete all as directed. Note: Tank shall be cleaned yearly as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 151 above but UG sump capcity of 50,000 litres.

Material and labour for Cleaning of overhead tank by closing of all valves in distribution and dewatering of complete tank and cleaning with wire brush, cloth, bleaching powder, removing dirt, scale from the tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc through drain pipe or by manually and washing of inner surface using lime and bleaching powder and removing the same until clean surface is obtained, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Tank shall be cleaned yearly and writing with white paint over black base on the tank as "TANK CLEANED ON" with date with 5 cm high letters/ numbers and connecting all connections after cleaning and testing for leakages of tank of capacity 50000 Ltrs. complete all as directed. Note: Tank shall be cleaned yearly as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of rain water sand filter tank of 50,000 Ltrs capacity by removing the sediments, old sand & aggregated from inside the tank and refill the sand and aggregates after cleaning and sun drying to required level by adding additional sand and aggregates of existing grading to the fillter tank as required including washing the tank using bleaching powder, removing sludge from tank until a clean bottom surface obtained and writing with white paint over black base on the tank as "TANK CLEANED ON" with date and the capacity of sump with 5 cm high letters/ numbers complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water/electric connections, dismantling unservicable electric Motor pump set having capacity 20 HP 3 Phase, opening carefully, taking out old burnt windings, cleaning of solts of motor starter and rotor complete, rewinding the same with super enamelled winding wire of existing gauge/size as per exisitng pattern with proper insulating material apply two coats of varnish and heating of windings reassemble the motor with proper sealing, including necessary lathe work to made the pump high efficiency, etc. refixing in the same location, and connection to existing pipe line, testing and commissioning of motor pump set on full load complete to the entire satifcation of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs Star delta starter including all accessories suitable for 20 HP Pump set 415 volt, 3 phase relay max range 14-23 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the vegetation including grass, bushes, small trees & all vegetation growth complete incl digging out roots of bushes around installation/Sump/OH tanks/ valve chamber including leveling the surface by removing debris to a distance n.exc 50 mtr all as directed.

Supply only alum crystal complete all as specified.

Material and labour for General servicing of solar water heater, 100-300 ltrs capacity by checking functioning of thermostate, safety valve, indicator lamp, electric connection, water flow etc and replace the unserviceable parts if necessary and keep the geyser in serviceable condition complete all as specified. Note : The cost of labour and consumables required for replacement of parts shall deem to include in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Material and labour for General servicing of UPS of capacity 30 KW , opening the outer cover, checking of all the printed circuits, mother board etc. cleaning all parts from dust and mosture by applying suitable gel/ cleaning solution, complete in all respect, soldering, replacement of battery leads/clamp/copper cable/ any other minor parts and testing complete up to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The cost of labour and consumables required for replacement of parts shall deem to include in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) The job has to be carried out in each four months and one complete checking will be treated as one Job.

Testing of earthing of Lighning arrestor, VCBs, Transformers, DGSets, Panel boards, DBs/ or any equipment and minor repairs such as tightening of fasteners, aluminium/GI strip with insulator, replacement of small portion of earth strips/wires, replacement of bolts/nuts/screws, welding if required etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The cost of labour and measuring equipments and accessories required for earth testing shall deem to include in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Testing of a single earthing will be treated as one Job. (iii) Each earthing has to be tested in every six months and entry to be made in Earth testing Register.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 54,499.00 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 54,499.00 as rate in Green field under Col-13.
