Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, pillars etc complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on any description of surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish off the perimises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling including bedding and removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, surface finished even & smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles coloured tiles of size 300mmx450mm x 6 to 7 mm thick setting & jointed with neat cement slurry as in dado, skirting etc and pointed with white or coloured cement to match with surface of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to fair finished sides and soffits of lintels, shelves including supports etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (1:1½:3) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, landing, balconies, shelves etc and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing the new plastered wall / concrete surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof shield ultra exterior premium emulsion paint, of approved shade over and including a coat of primer over a coat of wall care putty, thickness as per manufacturer instructions, making good any undulations and obtain smooth surface, complete all as per manufacturers' instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Continuation of serial item No.49.00 Note : -- (i) Membrane sheet also laid along the parapet upto 30cm height & inserted inside the groove & laid over a coat of bitumen as specified here-in-before. The groove shall be closed with CM (1:3 ) mortar (ii) WPC shall be measured & paid under specified item of this Schedule. (iii) Contractor shall submit guarantee for 10 years from the date of completion of work. (iv) The amount against guarantee period for roof treatment shall be retained from the contractor's dues or contractor may furnish a fixed deposit receipt in favour of GE issued by Nationalize Bank. M&L for preparation of new wooden Surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified.

M&L for Hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm using broken granite stone aggregate, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and well rammed, complete all as specified.

Material and labour 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (Quality Controlled Concrete) work in pavement / hardstanding of flexural strength 40 Kg per square centimetre in field using 400Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, including necessary form work for laying in bays between joints & contraction, expansion joints/or between the two contraction joints, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade `A', in 100mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.
