Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing,chajjas and similar suspended work including cutting the reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Structural mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and set aside or removing from site complete all as directed

Taking down of chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n. exc 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) and set aside or removing from site complete all as specified and directed

Removal of debris to a distance of 500 metres or under beyond the distance included in quoted rates, including loading and dumping/ levelling at the destination from ground floor complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- One load shall be equal to one metric tonne and details of load shall be as per SSR 2020 Part-II

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Framed Structural mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including cutting of rivets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Surface Excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material /soil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not excceding 1.5 m above statring point complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm Thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in hardstanding and paving including necessary form work and including 20 mm thick metallic floor hardener surface over hardstanding using metallic floor hardner @3.5 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only of Metallic floor Hardener shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item

M & L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ for thickness of concrete slab 100 mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65 mm deepX10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only metallic floor hardener of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Floor hardener shall be received from the contractor Through proper receipt voucher and entered in MB and issued to contractor for incorporation in work under proper issue voucher.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exceeding 1.5 m in depth but not exceeding 3 m and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble stone masonary , uncoursed, well bonded , bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of provision of bond stones as per SSR part-I and Part-II

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on Other than fair faces of Brick work or on Stone masonary surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Plain cement concrete type B0, (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, hold fast, bed plates and the like including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete , Design Mix M-30 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in slabs suspended on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings and in shelves or similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes), shelves including necessary formwork, and the like and set in CM 1:4 including dismantling old cover slabs and removing debris complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing Excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished surfaces, flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken brick bats filling of size and quality as approved by GE in soakage pit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in solid block masonary exceeding 10 cm in width including necessary formwork and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of Brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary forwork complete all as specified and directed directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms , moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct from Item no 37 for forming fair finished channels or drains for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and directed

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) soil, waste or rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced concrete pipes 450 mm bore of class NP3, ISI Marked , laid and jointed with collars set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggrerate as in bed concrete to drain pipes 450 mm bore including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium point (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings,etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fans/exhaust fans of any size, type and make from site and removing to the MES store after proper cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Light fittings of any size, type and make from site and removing to the MES store after proper cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable DBs with accessories complete all as specified and directed.
