Taking down carefully any type of flame proof wiring including light, socket or power complete fitting such as flame proof switch, sockets etc with the existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully flame proof main switch/DB any type and size and keeping in safe custody or otherwise and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable flame proof submain wiring of any size and description with Steel conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall / roof or floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L flame proof, zone I & II, Gas Group II A/ II B, weather proof point wiring for one light/fan point controlled by one switch using approved colour coding as per IS with zero hologen flame retardent (HFFR) smoke free non toxic non corrosive PVC insulated unsheated flexible copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core 1100 volts grade in and including (ERW) stove enamelled condiuit heavy duty duly welded, flame proof weather proof junction box, tee, bends, inspection bends etc all as required including PVC insulated unsheated flexible copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor for One light/fan point controlled by one rotory switch/MCB, complete all as specified and directed. Note : For all type of point wiring and submain wiring Height of shelter is 7 to 8 meters . Contractor shall arrange ladder / crane / hydra on his own arrangement and cost of which shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate, no extra cost will be paid separately to the contractor on this account.

All as per item No. 4 above but with 2.5 sqmm for one 15 Amps flame proof socket outlet on independent board and 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multisranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof/weather proof direct entry type rotary switch single pole ON & OFF rotary motion switch in cast aluminum alloy LM-6 enclosure epoxy powder coated single pole 230Volts 16 Amps, AC ON/OFF switch operated externally by Knob having 02 Nos of M-20 cable entries, earthing terminals suitable for mounting on Wall/Steel structure etc duly tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof/weather proof switch socket and plug combined in LM6, 16 A 240 Volts 3 pin and earth plug fully interlocked suitable for installation in hazardous as per IS-2147/62 alluminium alloy/cost iron neoprene gasket dgree of protection IP-65, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Opening, dismantling of flame proof wall mounted fans any make / model any size sweep cutting and taking out old burnt / damaged winding / materials by means and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing / same SWG including all insulating material as required as per standard practice, varnishing the same and drying, cleaning fan recommended quality grease / oil, re-assembling and testing including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of replacement of damaged bush, bearing, shaft, capacitor and other spare parts are included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof, zone I & II, Gas Group II A/ III B IP 65 Protection weather proof LED sun flower light fitting 70 watt, grey powder coated die-cast aluminium lamp housing, built in control gear, faceted anodised aluminium reflector heat resistant toughened clear glass with LED tube light fixture driver,holder, connector etc with necessary clamps, nuts and bolts complete with all accessories connecting elecrically using flexible flame proof end connectors, complete all as specified and directed. Note : For all type of light fitting Height of shelter is 7 to 8 meters. Contractor shall arrange ladder/crane/hydra on his own arrangement which cost shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate, no extra cost will be paid separately to the contractor.

Supply & fix in replacement flame proof flood light luminaries well glass suitable for LED light having 120 Watt compress of body mode in die cast aluminium housing luminaire, heat resistant toughend glass cemented to cast aluminium, retainging ring fixed to main body, mounted on MS galvanised iron cradle and base plate for rotating in horizontal and vertical planes, luminarire is provided with LED and control driver, connector etc complete with all accessories and earthing terminals fixing at convenient location, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repalcement flame proof light luminaries well glass suitable for LED tube light having 1 x 16 Watt compress of body mode in die cast aluminium housing luminaire, heat resistant toughend glass cemented to cast aluminium retainging ring fixed to main body , mounted on MS galvanised iron cradle and base plate for rotating in horizontal and vertical planes, luminarire is provided with LED lamps, and control driver, connector etc complete with all accessories main connector suitable up to 6 Sqmm incoming cable and earthing terminals fixing at convenient location, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement flame proof light luminaries well glass suitable for LED tube light having 2 x 16 Watt compress body made in die cast aluminium housing luminaire, heat resistant toughend glass cemented to cast aluminium retaining ring fixed to main body , mounted on MS galvanised iron cradle and base plate for rotating in horizontal and vertical planes, luminarire is provided with LED lamps, and control driver, connector etc complete with all accessories main connector suitable up to 6 Sqmm incoming cable and earthing terminals fixing at convenient location, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flame proof circuit sub main wiring in and including ERW conduit with two single core cable (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor multi standred of size 2.5 Sqmm and including of one run earth wire single core cable (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor multi standred of size of 2.5 Sqmm to be drawn in ERW stove enamelled black rigid conduit including all flame proof conduit accessories such as tee, bend elbow & conduit junction box, complete all as specified and directed. Note : ERW conduit, conduit accessories, circuit wires and earth wires complete shall be treated as one unit for the purpose of payment.

M&L for flame proof circuit sub main wiring in and including ERW conduit with two single core cable (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor multi standred of size 4 Sqmm including of one run earth wire of 4 Sqmm to be drawn in ERW stove enamelled black rigid conduit including all flame proof conduit accessories such as tee, bend elbow & conduit junction box, complete all as specified and directed. Note : ERW conduit, conduit accessories, circuit wires and earth wires complete shall be treated as one unit for the purpose of payment.

S&F LED Bulb 15 Watts in flame proof lights fixed in ceiling / walls at a height of 6-7 meters, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of knob for oprerating MCB SP and SPN in distribution board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of knob for oprerating MCB TPN and 4P in distribution board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of knob for rotary switch oprerating light, fan and socket switch board, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB TPN 63 -100 Amps, 10 KA rating, 'C' series 10 KA 415 volt 50Hz, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SPN 63 A current rating, 240V,50 Hz, AC short circuit protection and rupturing capacity (breaking)10 KA and suitable for lighting and other domestic loads, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB, single pole 6 to 32A curent rating, 240V,50 Hz, 'C' curve AC supply over load and short circuit protection and rupturing (breaking) capacity not less than 10 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flame proof, zone I & II, Gas Group II A/ II B, weather proof DB SPN 230 volts 6 way with busbar in cast aluminium LM-6 enclosure operated externally spring type knob having hinges and MCB fixed on the enclosure directly to the control knobs complete with suitable incoming and outgoing cable entries with cable glands suitable for hazardous area and confirming to IS-2147/62, neoprene gasket, degree of protection IP 65, suitable for and including MCB SPN 40 Amp- 01 No (Incoming) and MCB SP 6-10 Amp -04 Nos (Outgoing), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, jointing and testing in replacement LT under ground cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips armored electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor LT grade 1100 volts grade and cross section area 16 sqmm 2 core conforming to latest IS laid in trenches complete with cable lugs, glands etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No 23 above but size of cable 50 sqmm 3.5 core.

M&L for repair of hinges of existing flame proof DBs installed at site at various location including internal wiring, changing of bus bars, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items of schedule.

M & L in repair earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, G I strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, Elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in lieu of cast iron cover.

Note: After completion of earthing work, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained during testing then earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
