Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Horizontal split casing centrifugal pumpsets with allied equipment as under- Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pump [make: Kirloskar/Jyoti/ Worthington/ Mather & Platt] , capable of discharging- 890 LPM, 82 M, & 30 HP. mounted on common base plate and coupled with SPDP, Eff1, squirrel cage induction motor, rating of motor 10% more BHP than that of pump, operating on 1500 rpm, 415V, 50Hz [make:Kirloskar/ABB/ Jyoti/Crompton Greaves/BHEL] pressure gauge, required size of sluice valve and non-return valve, standard fittings etc. including construction of MS Suction and delivery header, jointing it with Suction and Delivery line by providing required MS/CI pipes, flanges,reducer and specials, nuts bolts, packings etc. all complete as per the requirement, standards and instruction of E/I.(Contrator will again have to check the design of motor,pump & he will to get it approved by the Deptt.) HP 40 (1W+1S)

ACB breaking capacity 50 KA thermal magnetic manual draout type sutable 630 A for above operation.

Power wiring with required 50 Sq mm 3 core 1.1KV grade armoured Copper cables, XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable from Power distribution Panel (MCP) to Motors, including laying on wall or on floor as where required, jointing and making proper terminations,etc. all complete.

Earthing: making earthing as per IE Rule for each motors.

Lightening Arrester: installation of lightening Arrester over pump house and electric substation for Clear Water pumping plant as per IE rule.

Cost of 3T Triple spur type chain pulley block suitable as below with 6m lift complete with load chain and hand chain suitable for above lift, tested to 50% over load as per IS 3832 carry ISI etc. all complete job.

Lighting: doing internal and external lighting by doing wiring and installing lumenaries e.g. suitable Wattage LED light fittings with standard lumen in pump house, Campus, etc all complete for Clear Water Plant.

Supplying, installation & commissioning of 63 KVA, 11/0.433 KV copper wound distribution transformer for Clear Water Pumping Plant at UGR [make: KEC /BHEL /CGL /ABB] with off load tap changer, including cost of initial filling of transformer oil including all taxes on the recommended loading of transformer maximum 80% etc. all complete job and as per site requirement and as per the direction E/I .

Cost of construction of DP structure with different type of MS channels, M.S. angles, brackets, insulators, three set of horn gape fuse and lightening arrester, nut bolts, fabrication work required for the job, cost of earthing of transformer (Two nos., one no. for neutral and one for body) with all required material labours, cost of providing disc & pin insulator for HV and LV side of the transformer, testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil etc. for transmission of power. All complete job as per I.E. rules and specification of Jharkhand state electricity board.

Cost for provision of 11 KV HT Overhead Electric feeder line including cost of drawing 11 KV HT line upto Clear water Proposed Intake Site,etc. all complete from JSEB. [ Amount transferable to JSEB as per their sanctioned estimate ]

Providing primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dust, dirt, scales smokes and grease and cleaning the surface thoroughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement Area shall be multiplied by the co-efficients indicated in building specification).

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending, and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of painting with ready mixed paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly, scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building s pecification and direction of E/I.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501

Retro-reflectorised Traffic signs (Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved s;ze, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
