Supply of horizontal spindle,horizontal/radial split casing and suction (backpull out arrangement) single/ double / multistage centrifugal pumps or combination of pumps in series /parallel of KSB/Mather & Platt/Jyoti/Kirloskar/BE/Maxflow/Beaconweir/Sabar make conforming to BIS: 1520-1980 (latestwith upto date ammendments) read with BIS: 9137-1978 (latest edition) suitable for lifting water of under mentioned charactristics with impellers of bronze/suitable alloy, priming funnels,casing ring & shaft sleeves of bronze/ suitable alloy, shaft of sutable steel grade with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common C.I. / Cast steel base plate (base plate to be from the principle manufacturer of pumping set) to slippering/squirrel cage screen protected drip proof electric induction motor of Kirlokar /NGEF/Crompton / Siemen /Jyoti /BHEL /GEC( Marrathon) /ABB conforming to BIS: 325-1978 read with BIS: 900-1968 (latest with upto date ammendments) It should include the cost of bearings, nuts & bolts,painting etc. and shall be suitable for operation as per data given below. Supply of Kirloskar/Leader make Cast Steel double flanged Sluice valve swing check type Reflux valve of class ASA-300 having by pass arrangemnt equal to rising main i.e. 65 mm dia ) of size of pump and shall be suitable for withstanding nominal seat pressure of 52 Kgs/cm ² confirming to BIS 1868-API-600) (latest with upto date ammendments)

Providing & laying PVC insulated jointless, flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/Finolex/ Grandlay/ Gloster make conforming to BIS:1554 (Part I) -1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered(one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment /accessories such as thimbles ,flexible pipe, solder, nuts & bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

On supply side of 3½ core coper cable 6.00 mm² ( From HPSEB Meter to Switch & Starter) (The size of cable shall be specified by the tenderer).

On motor side 3 core flat joint less copper cable of size 4.00 mm² ( From Switch & Starter to Motor) pump installed in the bore. (The size of cable shall be specified by the tenderer).

Supply of standarad make 100mm dia circular/square dial pressure gauge of suitable range Fiebeg/Bourden/ Precision make with all accessories such as stop cock,copper tubing etc. conforming to BIS 3624-1987 latest with up to date ammendments.

Providing and laying G.I./MSERW pipe considering site requirements and having appropriate size in accordance with the delivery size of pumping set . The pipe shall conform to relevant BIS codes & capable of with standing the feild test pressure equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure including all type of fittings such as bends, tapers/ reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mmthick, nuts & bolts and any other fitting required at site and work shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The pipe material shall conform to relevant BIS Code and capable of with standing FTP equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure the complete arrangement shall compromise of
