Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etcand removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even fair complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for Rendering 5 mm thick CM 1:3 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling /chajja's finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound. ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The new surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture’s instruction before application of distemper The cost of all material T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted . (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of internal wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and applying two coats of acrylic distemper using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint and all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge . Note: (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture’s instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). Supply & Fixied in repair ,tiled false ceiling of Everest tile (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gsm, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20x0.40 mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanized Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width,including making good all the disturbed portion with existing surface with necesary arrangemnets of scaffolding all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete , including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfases of walls, floors, etc. all as specified and directed.Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.
