Brick masonry work in cement mortar (1:3) in foundation complete excepting pointing and plastring as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 600,1202 & 1203 But Excluding G.S.T

Plastring with cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick on brick work in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 and 1204 But Excluding G.S.T

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete P.C.C Grade M-20 (1:2:4) in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification But Excluding G.S.T

Construction of granular sub-base by providing wall graded material, spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader/ tractor mounted appropriate equipment on propared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth MORD Specification 401 But Excluding G.S.T

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement as per desing over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 Grade coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceedung 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix desing, laid in approved fixed side frame work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedhes, steel plates including leveling the framework as per drawing), sprading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints by providing 12mm thick dura board at the specified spacing, applying debonding strips primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 But Excluding G.S.T

R.C.C work with cement appeoved coarse sand and 2cm. Gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 (M-20) in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost including making of drip coarse.But Excluding G.S.T

Mild steel or TMT Bars (Fe -500 D grade or higher) or HYSD Bars in iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to reuired shape as necessary including bending for proper complection of the work and including supply of all steel, boalts.nuts and wastage etc.and fixing But Excluding G.S.T
