RequiredThe Agency should have at least (5) years of experience in providing House-keeping and Maintenance Services to various reputed Government Institutions (both State or Central) / State level Organizations / Corporations on daily basis with valid Licence for providing House-keeping & Maintenance services
RequiredThe Agency should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs.2 Crores for the past (3) years from House-keeping & Maintenance Services in Training Institutions / Hospitals / Guest Houses subject to the condition that any single such organization should have minimum 75 to 100 Rooms (single or double).
RequiredIn any particular reputed Organization with at least one running contract on hand of which the annual value is not less than Rs.50 Lakhs with a minimum manpower of 30-40 Members with a valid Licence to be produced.
RequiredAs a proof, Audited balance sheets duly filed with Registrar of Companies for the financial year 2022-2023 indicating the turnover be attached with Technical Bid.
