Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of transformer step down Copper Wound, outdoor type 11 KV on HT side and 433 Volts, 3 ph & 4 wire on LT side complete with standard fittings / accessories gauges and first fill of oil, of capacity 125 KVA with tapping on HT side to vary the secondary voltage by ±7.5% in step of ±2.5% complete with electrical connections on HT & LT side including all the accessories/fittings as mentioned in SSR Part - I Para 19.14.1.1 to 19.14.2.2 and confirming to IS-2026 or latest, duly installed on PCC platform including RCC Foundation for Transformer and Cattle fencing (1.5m high) around complete all as directed.

Supply and erection in vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP- 55 (11 mtr long ) with Mild Steel base plate of size 30cmx30cmx6 mm thick continuously welded to pole , finial taper plug ,bolts ,nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminious paint internally throughout and externally for embedded position and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer over the ground and making 30cm wide strip (total 4 Nos ) with black and yellow paint including numbering complete all as specified .

M&L stay assembly complete using stay rod of 20 mm dia complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No. 1 of SSR – 2009 Part –I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (Loop type insulator excavation , stay clamp, nuts, bolts, washers and concrete to be measured and paid separately.

S&F cross arms, bracing, supports clamps & back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation/ coping of poles including use of necessary form works for rough finished surface complete all as spd.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C–2 (using 40 mm crushed graded stone aggregate/as in foundation for stay and necessary form work for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using stone aggregate 20mm graded, with and incl necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of Air break gang operated switches of any type (horizontal or vertical type), triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulators and galvanised steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe suitable for operation while standing on ground for current rating 400 Amps suitable for 11000 volt , 50 Hz with and incl 9 nos insulator and drop out fuse carrier element, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick and size not be less than 25x20 cm, made of mild steel sheet, vitreous white enamelled, with letters i.e. "DANGER 11000 VOLTS" (in English As well as in HINDI ) and conventional skull and bones signal in red colour and fixed with MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size, complete all as directed.

S&L tubes galvanised in repair with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/with pole/trenches "Light grade" 80 mm dia for the protection of the U/G cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of HT lightening arrester metal oxide type (gap less) for out door use complete with all fittings and fixing arrangements transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo amps suitable for 11000 volts including brackets, clamps, nuts, bolts ,washers and connected with GI earth wire of 4mm dia, with and incl dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable LA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of semi conducting compound conductor screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured XLPE insulated heavy duty 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm x 3 core confirming to IS 7098 Part-II, suitable for earthed system complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of semi conducting compound conductor screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured XLPE insulated heavy duty 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm x 3.5 core confirming to IS 7098 Part-II, suitable for earthed system complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 3.0 m depth for foundation of poles and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of silent type diesel engine driven generating set with canopy as per guideline issued by (Ministry of Environment & forest notification dated 12 July 2004, Central pollution control board letter No B-31613/7/93/PCI-II dated 19th Jan 2005 & Noise pollution control rules 2000 dated 14 Feb 2000), 415 volts, 0.8 power factor, 3 phase, 50 Hz supply complete with panel for automatic starting on main failure control panel suitable for giving an output of 160 KVA / 128 KW at NTP capable of operating between temperature range at Jodhpur, Rajasthan (Automatic on main failure & alternator of suitable capacity and RPM coupled with each other & capable of taking 10% over load for one hour on every 12½ hours with flexible coupling mounted on common base pate on Antivibration pads on foundation as recommended by manufacturer. The DG set shall comprise of Electric starter motor with battery, Turbo starter comprising all standard fittings, fixtures & all piping etc as listed at Srl page No 136(I).
