Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of BEE 5 star rated hi-wall split units (Air conditioners) indoor/outdoor with cordless remote control unit and with in built filter for better indoor air quality with latest inverter technology having eco friendly refrigerent gas, copper condenser coil, EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed Note : 1.The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of bracket for fixing of indoor and outdoor unit in wall at any height as directed by Engr-in charge. 2. The copper tube of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions and flexible copper cable upto 10 mtr length (for each ACs) shall be deemed to be inclusive in unit quoted rate.

[NOTE: 5 runs of 6.0 Sqmm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.]

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm, drawn through and including surface PVC conduit of size 20mm dia including conduit accessories including provision of 1 run of 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. [NOTE: 3 runs of 4.0 Sqmm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.]

Supply and fixing in of Factory made sheet metal enclosure for VTPN MCCB DBs double door (Fixed flush to the wall), with 125 Amps MCCB 4 pole, 415V as incoming and MCBs as Outgoing 4 Way, IP-42 protection with 200 Amp rated bus bar and 6.0 Sq. mm copper PVC sheathed cable for earth continuity and suitable for having MCB’s , complete all as specified and directed. (Note : MCBs and MCCB 125 Amp, 4 Pole, 415 Volt shall be measured and paid separate under respective items).

Supply, laying and testing of cable XLPE insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m in wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundation or for laying of pipes not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceedcing 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
