SPL REPAIR TO EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL SURFACES OF CERTAIN BAYS AND SINGLE LIVING OTM IN FWT AT EME SCHOOL, VADODARA.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or concrete surface of walls/ ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions of cement for finished even and smooth without using extra cement over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement morter 1:6 on internal surfacr of brick or concrete surface of walls,surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces of any description and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old/new surfaces.

M & L preparing newly plastered surface of wall and and applying a layer of 2 mm thick wall care putty on wall and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L preparing newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty on ceiling and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of ceiling by dust proof wall sanding machine/building walls grinding cleaning machine and applying a layer of 1 mm thick wall care putty on ceiling and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying a layer of 2 mm thick wall care putty on wall and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wooden and wood based surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (any tint/shade) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enemel paint (any tint/shade) over a coat of red oxide zink chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of old existing external treatment completely by scrapping and or rubbing of walls/ceilings of roof projection and chajjas etc. and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old/new surfaces.

M&L for obliterating old writing of any description n exc 0.10 Sqm each with two coat of black synthetic enamel paint on existing plastered or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Writing letters or figure (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high using synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Grubbing up or removing of plants from roof, parapets, walls etc of bldgs including cutting of trunk portion and digging out of roots filling holes with chemical to destroy roots and making good of surface by using cement mortar in cm 1:4 to match existing surfaces and removing of unserviceable material like branches, roots of plants to a distance n. exc. 50 m and clearing site.
