M&L for carrying out General servicing for 600 KVA 440V LT DG set of make: Kirloskar/Cummins , as per manufacture's recommendation/particular specification including replacement of necessary spares and replacement of filters such as fuel filter, SLO by-pass filter and lub oil filter complete sets along with rectification of minor defects, and cleaning of air filters/breather, coolant tank with blower and labour for filling/topping up and replacement of Engine oil/coolant and tuning of engine for DG set all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Rate quoted includes for cost of fuel filter, SLO by-pass filter, lub oil filter and distilled water for batteries and minor accessories such as nuts and bolts, 'O' rings etc. (ii) Supply only Engine oil and coolant shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for cleaning the radiator intercooler of LT DG set 600 KVA, 440 Volts by checking and removing the deposited dust, oil welt and carbons and cleaning with forced water with cleaning agents and testing for leaks at inter connectors/couplers/flexible connectors/flexi clamps and making necessary minor repairs to arrest leakages of coolant all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 6 herein before but LT DG set 500 KVA, 440 Volts.

Supply only the coolant for Cummins make diesel engines. (Cat No. 3167217 fo Cummins/Fleet guard or any other approved make as per OEM)

Supply only K-cool super plus engine coolant for Kirloskar make diesel engines

M&L for carrying out repairs/servicing of starter solenoid switch capacity 12/24 Volt connected to the DG set of various capacity including replacement of defective parts, rewinding of coil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete cleaning of the 11 KV 750 KVA DG set silencer/mufflers (2nos oer DG set) located at a height of above 10m and replacing the corroded portion of 150mm dia MS pipe/ flanges by fabrication and welding and applying two coats of heat resistant synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed.

M&L for removing oil/greases deposits, oil/paint/corrosion flakes and cleaning the external surface of 500/600 KVA DG set using wire brushes, coarse cloth, cleaning agents etc.and applying two coats of heat retardant paint of approved tint by spray application complete including necessary T&P like spray gun, air compressor etc. all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 16 herein before but for 125 KVA DG set

M&L for removing oil/paint/corrosion flakes and cleaning the external surface of 11 KV 750 KVA DG set with 1500 Ltr Fuel tank and connected LT/HT control panels using wire brushes,coarse cloth, cleaning agents etc.and applying two coats of heat retardant paint of approved tint by spray application complete including necessary T&P like spray gun, air compressor etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out repairs to self starter 24V/12V by replacement of carbon brushes, solenoid, bearings and reassembling the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for carrying out repairs to 12/24 volts Alternator/dynamo by replacement of carbon brushes, electronic regulator/ rectifies, bearings reassembling the same and testing complete all as directed.

Supply and replace belt tensioner along with ribbed belts for 125 KVA 440V LT DG set (Make: Kirloskar/Cummins )

M&L for complete checking the controller of DG set 250 KVA, 3 phase 440 Volts (Make: Greaves Cotton Ltd.) along with wiring, checking and rectifying the defects, rectifying the set complete with all sensors and protections and making the DG set operational for switching ON and Off through controller with safety features all as directed.

M&L for complete replacement of lubrication hoses, fuel hoses for DG set 500 KVA, (Make: Kirloskar Cummins) complete with all accessories, O rings and connectors all as directed.

All as per item No 24 herein before but for 125KVA DG set

Supply and replace V belts for radiator fan/ main shaft/ cam shaft for the DG set of capacity 125 KVA-250KVa as per existing size and model complete all as directed.

Supply and replace V belts for radiator fan/ main shaft/ cam shaft for the DG set of capacity 500 Kva- 750 KVA as per existing size and model complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs lead acid battery 12 V 180Ah complete (Initially charged) and connected to DG sets complete all as directed [Make: Exide/ SF/ Amaron/HBL]

Servicing/overhauling of injecter nozzle assembly including replacement of nozzles, washers, etc and pressure setting as required and replacement of timing shaft with coupling all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for DG Set 500 KVA. Make: Cummins/Kirloskar.

Supply and replaceof Fuel pump transfer complete set for 62.5 KVA Make as per sample.

Supply and replace of Gasket cylinder Head complete for 125 KVA DG set. Make as per sample.

Supply and replace if Fan assembly complete Set 600 KVA DG set. Make as per sample.

Repair/Servicing and calibration of FIP of DG Set 125 KVA, including replacment of plunger, manifold washer, etc all as required and testing after refixing on engine and setting the rated RPM all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make Cummins or equivalent

Supply and fix NATURE SWITCH in replacement of Analog Timer switch of capacity 230 volts, Max Load 3-5 KW, 25 Amps rating, single phase, model: SWADEEP-02EC-3KW1P for Automatic Switching ON/ OFF along with Contactors, MCBs and eclosures with complete control wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Healer or equivalent in Bajaj/ Kakatiya energy systems

Supply, fixing, connecting up and testing 120 W High efficient LED flood light fitting with aluminium pressure die-cast housing, High powered LEDs andf secondary lenses with IP66 protection, Toughened glass with silicon gaskets complete including taking down existing unserviceable light fitting.System efficacy>=110 LPW [Make: Crompton, Cat No: LFLN-120-CDL/60-M or equivalent in Wipro/ Havells/ Philips]
