Works for Setting up a Commemorative Installation for the New Dry Dock

Clearing and removal of the rubbish and any waste material including all incidentals etc up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and applying with two coats of Anti-Algal/Fungal, Weather Proof, Exterior textured paint of approved colour, shade and make for walls at all heights including scaffolding, cleaning and preparing the surface on old works (Two or more coats on existing emulsion paint surface) as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Rate is inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, loading, unloading, labours, tools & tackles etc.

Providing 20mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1cement: 4 fine sand) applied in one or more coats in moulds/templates to create architectural pilasters by creating a protruding impression at building corners as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Work includes providing and fixing of chicken wire mesh, buildup of plaster to the required projection and preparing the surface for ornamental finishing.Rate should be inclusive of cost & conveyance of all materials, loading, unloading, labours, tools tackles, etc all complete.

Providing and applying plastering on mouldings,cornices to create ornamental finish at building corners, including providing neat finish to true line,level and sharp edges as per drawing. Work includes all necessary centering and shuttering for curved or stepped profile and finishing the surface to smooth texture ready for painting.

Finishing pilasters and cornices with acrylic smooth exterior paint in two coats of required shade to achieve a uniform finish and color as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.Rate should be inclusive of cost & conveyance of all materials, loading, unloading, labours, tools tackles, etc all complete.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing 8mm thick clear float toughened glass with permanent UV digital prinitng fitted on 18mm thick Multi wood frame board with weatherproof finish as per approved design/graphic and fixing using studs as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.Rate should be inclusive of cost & conveyance of all materials, loading, unloading, labours, tools tackles, fixing charges etc all complete.(2.3 x 1.2 m Size)
