Experience in the Business of milk and milk products (mandatory) The bidder should have Minimum three years of experience in sale of milk and milk products to be supported by turnover (Income Tax Return/Bank Statement) in that business for the last three years duly certified by Charted Accountant. The Bidder shall submit a copy of Articles of Association / Partnership Deed where catering / hospitality / food and beverage is covered under the Main Objects clause of the agreement

Annexure 5-Statemetns of Turn over of Bidder from Milk business for the proceeding 3 years (FY 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) (upload a statement duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.

The Bidder shall upload an affidavit that the bidder is solvent as per Annexure - 4 of Tender Document (on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100 duly attested by Notary).

Legal status of the bidder (mandatory) The bidder should be either: a.Apex dairy CoOperative Societies approved by Government. b.Dairy Co-Operative Federations/Members of National Co-Operative Dairy. c.Federation of India Limited (NCDFI) and / or developed under the aegis of Operation Flood programme. d.Bodies/Agencies registered/certified by FSSAI for sale of milk and milk products.

In case of Firm, registered under the Partnership Act., 1932, Please enclose details of partners along with certificate of registration, details of their business and partnership deed etc. duly attested by Notary.

Power of Attorney for Signing of Bid (Applicable to all bidders except Individual bidder; to be executed on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper value Rs.100/-) as per Annexure-A6 to be uploaded along with other requisite credentials/documents.

The bidder should upload Annexure - A/1 Covering letter comprising the bid of Tender Document duly digitally signed

The bidder should fill up the details and upload Annexure - A/2 Mandatory Information for eligibility of the bid.

The bidder to be upload affidavit (on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/-) as per Annexure-3 of Tender Document duly attested by notary.

PF registration of the bidders (Please enclose attested photo copy of certificate issued by Provident fund commissioner)

FSSAI Certificate Number of the bidder (please upload the attested photo copy of FSSAI registration certificate issued by relevant authority)

Regarding previous experience in sale of milk and milk products, supporting documents (like letter of experience, allotment, certificates from the concerned agencies as the case may be) are to be enclosed.
