Periodical service/ Checking of fire detecting/Alarm system comprising of Fire alarm panel, MCP, Fire/Smoke detectors at following building complete including checking all control circuit and connection from sensor to microprocessor based fire alarm panel, for smooth functioning by employing one skilled tradesman. (Rate is inclusive of any repairs involved and also replacement of unserviceable spares. Required spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule).

Note:- (i) Contractor shall carry out following tests and submit reports as per details given below for which no extra payment will be claimed/paid.

(ii) The contractor should attend any complaint / break down immediately at par of number of times on call basis (iii) The technicians employed should be trained and having sound knowledge about fire detecting /Alarm system.

(iv) Cheking the serviceability of smoke detector by creating the heat / smoke artificially at sensing range of smoke detector and rest the alarm panel after checking each smoke detector and also to check the indication of alarm panel as per the Zone wise. (V) Replacement old/Unserviceble small piece of wires up to one Rm of size up to 2.5 sq mm as directed. .

Supply only Digital Multi Sensor smoke and heat detectors, Optical Detector, of Rise and Fixed temperature heat detector, flashing LED, Algorithms and mapping drift compensation, 8 bit processor with remote indicator output, all as specified and directed. Make: Cooper/GST/System Sensor

Supply only conventional combined Sounder and strobe (Hotter). all as specified and directed

Supply only conventional combined Sounder and strobe with one Kilometer range (siren) all as directed

Comprehensive Maintenance, Servicing and carrying out periodical service to DG set along with AMF panel or standard panel like carry out oil service and routine checkup/maintenance as per manufacturers schedule, checking complete system of lubrication, cooling systems, air intake systems, fuel systems, exhaust systems, DC/AC electrical systems in DG Set as well as in AMF/Standard Panel, tightening bolts and nuts in engine and alternator related systems, etc and repairs including material for renewal/ replacement of minor defective parts of like connectors, MCBs, phase indication lamps etc for following capacity of DG sets all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Note: (i)The spares to DG Sets items as listed below as SUPPLY ONLY will be used whenever required only and it shall measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site except those items as SUPPLY ONLY below to keep the DG Set along with AMF / Standard panel on monthly basis complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(iii) The contractor should attend any complaint / breakdown immediately on call basis and even no of times without any extra cost. (iv) Contractor should submit the inspection / maintenance report of every visit inspite of no of visits during breakdown calls including mentioning the status of DG Sets and spares any replaced

(v) The old unserviceable spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance is the property of contractor for which credit shall be deducted under respective items in schedule of credit. (vi) All AMF panels and standard DG set panels should be well cleaned with CTC solution checking all the electrical connection and tighten for any loose connection.

M & L for removing the dirt, sediments, silt, algae, fungi etc, from the bottom and walls of the inside of the RCC Under Ground Sump of10,000 Ltrs capacity by dewatering the sump and cleaning the complete inner surfaces by rubbing / scrapping by wire brush to remove the sludge, washing with bleaching powder solution and then with water and draining out sludge, water completely including applying one coat of white wash to all the inner surfaces, and details of tanks like date of cleaning ,capacity of tanks etc shall be written on the outside of the tank with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 20 cm high in white colour, over a black background of size 100x60 cm and charges included for pump set for de watering incl operator all as specified and directed

M&L for removing the dirt, sediments, silt, algae, fungi etc, from the bottom and walls of the inside PVC Service tanks kept on roof top of buildings or on staging, cleaning the surface using brush and other cleaning materials such as bleaching powder as required including writing the capacity of the tank and date of cleaning with white enamel paint over black back ground all as specified and directed for the following capacity of tanks at different locations on Technical/Residential Buildings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Replacement of unserviceable DOL Starter suitable for motor up to 5 HP including connections

Repairing the old Valve pit of dimension 60x45x45 cm by taking out plaster and rendering with 10mm thick CM(1:4) including PCC (1:3:6) TYPE C2, brick work in CM (1:4) as required and applying two coats of white wash on plastered surface including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer over steel surfaces after preparation, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for painting pumpset including preparation old surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including marking the signs, letters, Nos on the pumpset of capacity up to 2HP all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of old painted GI pipe of any size on the external surfaces after preparation, located in and out of Pump House, by srapping and cleaning of external surfaces and applying two coats of Sky Blue paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling , taking out complete burnt winding wire of submersible motor including cleaning of stator slots replacement of defective parts and rewinding with existing type & gauge of copper wire as per motor capacity and using new insulation material such as insulating paper sleeves etc. replacement of submersible cable as required length complete all as directed of rating 1.5/2HP Single phase
