Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring of light, fan, socket or power points complete including fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical, fan regulators, light or power sockets etc and removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with and including PVC conduit (medium grade) of suitable size concealed in wall etc with using new sunken type pressed steel box/terminal boxes not less than 1.6 mm thick covered with 3 mm thick laminated sheet for mounting fittings duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of cutting chases in brick walls/pillars etc for concealing & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with adjacent surfaces complete.

M&L for point wiring using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core PVC insulated & unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with and including PVC casing and capping of suitable size fixed on surface all as directed with using new sunken type pressed steel box/terminal boxes for mounting fittings (junction boxes not less than 1.6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer) and covering with 3mm thick laminated sheet with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as earth wire connected to commen earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

Description all as per item No.4 above but wiring with 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor unsheathed and 1.5 sqmm copper conductor unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor for one 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet point on independent board.

Note:(for item 01 to 05): Being maintenance work Contractor shall carry out even single point wiring or associated work as per the direction of concerned JE(E/M)/AGE E/M. Delay in any work more than 3 days after allocation will invite recovery at double the quoted rate.

Disconnecting and taking down old existing light fittings of any description and in any position and supplying & fixing new wall mounting surface type bulk head luminaries suitable for and including LED 10 watt lamp comprising of deep drawn anodized aluminium body epoxy sheet powder coated with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old existing light fittings of any description and supply and fixing new indoor decorative channel housing fitting slim LED batten 10 Watt (Mirror Light) 2 Feet with polycarbonate housing and diffuser AC 220-240 volts, 50 Hz and connecting with suitable size copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light, fixing the same with two Nos PVC square box complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old existing light fittings of any description and supply and fixing new indoor decorative channel housing fitting slim LED batten 20 Watt with polycarbonate housing and diffuser AC 220-240 volts, 50 Hz and connecting with suitable size copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light, fixing the same with two Nos PVC square box complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old existing light fitting of any description and in any position and Supply and fixing new LED light fitting recess mounted/pendent mounting ultra slim LED flat panel 2x2 down light 36W with aluminium extruded housing with full opal diffuser IP 20 suitable for perfect lighting condition 240 volt, 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specifieda and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old existing light fittings of any description and supply and fixing new LED security light luminaire 20 watt freedom , pressure die cast aluminum housing, heat resistant glass, IP66 protection, better optics for uniform distribtion complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with three core 1.5 sqmm flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to connector of light complete all as specifieda and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring using two single core 6 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including PVC Casing Caping/PVC Conduit or in existing concealed conduit (as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge) with accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on wall and ceiling including 4 Sqmm earth wire, FR PVC insulated & unsheathed and connecting to earth dolly including taking down existing wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted .

Note : (i) Copper thimble shall be used for connection of cable . (ii) MCB SP/TPN shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of this schedule.

S & F in repairs MCB DB 4 way sheet metal enclosure SPN 240 volts, 50 Hz, with IP-42 protection, double door with 200 Amps standard bus bar of suitable size and common neutral link all enclosed in standard sheet flush mounting complete all as specified. Note : Copper thimble shall be used for connection of cable.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40 mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, burried directly in ground (with top edge not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level) connected to galvanised earth lead wire 6.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I. M & L galvanised tubing light grade 15 mm dia with all accessories buried under floor, or on wall all as directed for earth lead protection complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down Ceiling/Exhaust fan, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades on site for servicing and refixing again after servicing and connecting with wire and testing operation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) replacement of minor parts like check nuts, quarter pins is deemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) However painting and spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items.

M & L for strip opening ceiling fans 1200/1400mm sweep, removal of burnt winding wire and rewinding the fans with suitable size of new copper winding wire, duly providing leathoride sheets, cotton tape, insulation sleeves, varnish, etc., reassembling and refixing at site including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rewinding work and replacement of bearing to be carried out at power house at AFS Makarpura. Only in exceptional case where lathe work is required then fan to be taken to workshop.

Dismantling Geyser of any capacity and of any description for cleaning and de-scaling the inner tank and other parts / accessories including inlet, outlet , overflow Geyser element, thermostat , ‘U’ assembly etc. with brush, cleaning rod, and using / circulating suitable concerned de-scaling solution mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposits /scale is removed as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, brazing for stopping leakage of copper inner tank/gas welding for inner steel tank, re- assembling the complete Geyser after cleaning and refixing and installation of Geyser in position and testing to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of defective existing ‘U’ assembly of 25 Ltr cap geyser of any description and in any position and fixing new ‘U” assembly to match with the existing system complete all as specified and directed.
