Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for over hauling of rolling shutter of area exc 5 Sqm but n exc 20 sqm each and overhaulling, greasing, oiling, repairing worn out rebets and replace with new rebets, easing the locking system etc including minor welding work as required and refixing in the same position in the smooth functioning of shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Applying one coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of old decorated or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparing of old decorated surfaces of ceiling (plastered or un plastered) including cornices etc and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004,alkali,& fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/10 Sqm over and including priming caot of exterior primer applied @0.90 liter /10 sqm over surface.

M&L for removal of existing treatment from walls and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (First quality) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B 1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, hold fast including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete Type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floors and pavings of 100 thick all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick set joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment over Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and fixing new ones and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: sheet glass will paid in relevent item

Supply only Sheet glass of 3mm thick, ordinary quality, in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m each pane.

M&L pre-cast concrete block masonry 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid block exceeding 10 cm in width and seting CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on surfaces other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on surfaces other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper emulsion paint, white or tinted on newly plastered surfaces of wall as decided, over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint, including preparation of plastered surface of wall etc and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), exceeding 1.5 sq.m but not exceeding 4 sq.m each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Clerestory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

M&L for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down of shutters of any description but exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq.m each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Butt hinges of 100 mm size, Medium weight, cold rolled mild steel and fixed,

Note: This rate is included for necessary scaffolding arrangement, other tools & equipments required for safty measurement and good workmanship for building upto 4th storey.

Labour only for cleaning and complete removal of vegetation, dry leaves, waste materials from drainages and over the cover slabs and top of boundary walls, sides of the foot path remove from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: This rate is included for necessary scaffolding arrangement, other tools & equipments required for safty measurement and good workmanship.

Labour only for cleaning and complete removal of roots and vegetation all around the plinth protection, around the bldg, over the cover slab and around the manholes cut down shrub under growth, remove from the site of bldgs upto FOUR storeys complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: This rate is included for necessary scaffolding arrangement, other tools & equipments required for safety measurement and good workmanship for building upto 4th storey.

Taking down existing unserviceable direction board of any size and any type, provision of direction boards of size 1500mm x 900mm made of high intensity prismatic grade reflective sheeting (HIP type IV reflective sheeting) pasted on 3mm thick aluminium composite sheet back with frame made up of MS angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm and fixing post (2Nos) of MS angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of ed oxide primer and shall be grouted in ground with proper size of concrete block in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- 3M / AVERY or techno-commercially equivalent make as approved by AGE(I).
