Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc.cutting around edges to at least 30 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of pot holes exc 30 mm

M & L preparing existing surfaces of black top by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc; and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer(VG-10) at 5 kg per 10 sqm.

M & L bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness, with 5.50% binder content(paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, spread by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete to a uniform surface all as specified and direted.

M& L for road line paintting 100 mm wide or as direscted with golden /yellow/white thermostatic compond with reflectorised glass beads on bituminus road,providing and laying of hot applied thermostatic compound 2.00 mm thick including glass beads@250 gms per sqm area,thickness 2.0 mm is exclusive of surface applied ,glass beads as per IRC-35 cleanning of old surface of road marking the finish surface to be levelled and uniform streak and holes in addition where arrow or letter to be provided thermostatices compond shall be spalyed .
